Full Moon BBQ is always good, but this Alabaster location is the best of the best. Everything we ordered was fantastic: ribs, fried okra, pulled pork, macaroni & cheese, buffalo style tenders, and fries. It was all good. The tea was excellent, too.

After waiting over 10 minutes in line we ordered two Big Bakers only to be told they wouldn’t have any more for 40 minutes. This is the second time this has happened. They didn’t run out, they failed to cook them. This was Saturday at 6pm…. be prepared. We left and went somewhere else. We will NEVER be back.

Can't say enough good things about my visit today. Gentlemen at the register was patient with my indecisiveness, as this was my first time, & suggested excellent recommendations. He was the beginning of multiple encounters with a staff that was just as kind as can be.Food was AMAZING!!! Do Not skip the chow chow!! ? Everything was delicious, will definitely be back when in the area.
The staff is welcoming and helpful toward newcomers. I was blown away by my experience at this restaurant. Their food is absolutely delicious. Make sure you bring a serious appetite if you order something like the Big Brisket Baker!

After ordering two BBQ sandwiches we waited in line for 25 minutes. The sandwiches were supposed to have chow-chow but didn't. What they did have was "meat" textured like toothpicks. I was afraid to take a second bite for fear of my throat or stomach being punctured. My husband said it was like eating a pile of bass bones. Terrible and will never be back.
Food was terrible, fries were bland and stale, Mac and cheese was liquidy and bland. Cole slaw was a joke, lettuce and just loads of relish. Meat was ok, was dry and barely any sauce. Overpriced for mediocre food.
