I don't usually leave reviews, but I have been here spending money too many times. I wont do it again! Every time I come here, they take forever to speak in the drive-thru. The new Guy is nice, and quick to handle any issues. However, The last 2 times I have been here 2 different women in the drive-thru, were extremely rude. This time, I told them I had a coupon for a gravy biscuit. At first I thought it was for 2, but it was only 1. I gave her the coupon code. I said “ I would like an orange juice.” She told me $8+ I said take the orange juice off. Then when I get to the drive thru it was still $5+ for 1 biscuit and gravy! I said what is going on? for a coupon for $2.23. She then said I had 2 orders. I plainly said just 1 order, 1 coupon. I then said, “I have 52 cents.” She ignored me! Then she told me to “move along!” ??? And shut the window! This is to YOU personally! Actually YOU need to move along! Find another job! This location has caused me to be late for work! I have had to leave more than once! The attitudes are awful! They never give you napkins! The gravy was cold! I will not visit this location again. I went to another location this week they were quick! The food was hot. This location has the WORST drive thru time, food, and attitudes, I have seen. I have worked a drive thru also! This is NOT how you treat people! Lazy, rude self. Then there’s no number to call. I will not be back! Awful! Customer service doesn’t exist anymore!

He lets you know that you matter.And whatever you're hungry for is going to be served with care. Sometimes in the middle of our everyday life there is a treasure to be discovered.Go by hardy's and ask for Jeremy.And tell him I want to see what it's like to be served by greatness.And you won't be disappointed period the food is great and tastes really good, but Jeremy, he makes it taste better.

Ordered a bacon and ham Frisco combo. Had no egg on sandwich. Asked if they would grill the bread more than what they normally do because it is always dripping from the butter. Hash rounds were cold and wasn't the size I ordered.

I came in to Hardee’s yesterday morning and ordered breakfast. My biscuits were super soft and delicious. I spoke with Cassie and thanked her for such good food.. she thanked me for coming in and asked if there’s anything else I needed and stated that she’d be happy to help. I appreciate her for that because that morning was already a bit rocky and her smile and customers service really set the tone. I told her I’ll be back soon and that I hope to see her there.

I visited Hardee’s in alabaster on this morning and not only was the young lady name Cassandra Absolutely Awesome She values her job I honestly wanted to stop coming to alabaster location because of the ruled staff and awful food But becaUse of her kindness and caring for people I will always return the food has gotten so much better
Oh and did I mention we have the same name!
Cassandra alone has turned alabaster location all the way around

Very seldom do write reviews but this place needs a review. That lady taking orders was polite but that’s where the positive ends. Half the soft drink dispensers were out and in disrepair with water on the floor so we ordered tea which was absolutely terrible. The bacon cheeseburger I ordered was terrible. The beef patty and the bacon was cold. Totally disgusting and the cheeseburger my wife ordered was cold as well. I told the lady the burgers were cold so she put them in the microwave for a few seconds and told me “ they’re warm now”. If you plan to go here… just drive by a throw your $25 or $30 out the window. Don’t waste your money here.
