I’m here at least 3 times a week every week and I always ask for fresh made biscuits from the line. They are always agreeable and my food and experience always great. Curtis the mgr and Shawanda are always friendly and helpful. Keeps me coming back.

15-20 minute wait on the Drive Through just to get 2 wraps. And for the record, I was the only person on the drive thru and there was no one before me. When I looked over the window, the employees are cutting up and fooling around. Nope, not coming back to Hardees ever again.

As long as I can remember Hardee's is sooo slow. However when my guys and I stopped we had a wait but not to bad. Even though I had to get my own bag, the girl at the front had a wonderful personality and sense of humor. I'd stop here again, only if she brings me my bag.

Went for Philly Cheese wrap, was told wrap only for breakfast. But sandwich available, kinda confusing ingredients same and who would want Philly Cheese for breakfast? Anyway we got sandwiches, not good in fact bad. Side note if you ever need EX LAX, try this instead.

Biscuits and gravy literally had no taste. Staff was rushing around, yet still short with everyone, which tells me the company doesn't treat them well. Had to ask for a couple of things left off my order, but was handed them promptly and told to have a good day, which tells me that they were understaffed. Coffee was terrible.
