So disappointed tonight, cooking for Thanksgiving so to keep everyone out of the kitchen, we ordered pizza delivered. It was too overcooked to eat. We usually love HH.

I walked in excited to get a sub, I have always liked Hungry Howies. There were 3 employees “working”. They passed me by multiple times never asking if they could help me or take my order. Finally one of them just looked at me and said “Name?”. I told him I hadn’t placed an order yet and he sighed and walked off. I finally ordered a large sub with 3 toppings, and he repeated it back to me. After this the order was still wrong. Just an overall bad experience. I will not be returning.

First time I post a review. I have been a Customer for 4 years in the Alabaster Location. I ordered a think crust last wednesday night Sept 3rd 2025. Around 8pm. The pizza was NOT cut when i got home, the person who did it poured so much tomatoe sauce it was literally leaking from the box when i opened at home. I was so upset and disapointed. I really hope the manager looks back on the schechude and see who was working that night and train him again. I don’t want to detail the person thru here but i will say that he should not be working with a hoddie on like if he was on high school. Sorry to say that you lost a 4 year Customer because my family don’t want to eat there any more.

Really, great pizza.. Nice employees and quick service. Would go again!
They raised the delivery fee that was set when we placed our order. When checking the app to see when it would be delivered, it showed they increased delivery charge that was charged to us. We included a 20% tip as well. We will never order from them again. 👎
The only thing is the atmosphere but its perfect for what the they’re trying to do. Its the same setup as a little ceasers but with drastically better pizza
