First time I post a review. I have been a Customer for 4 years in the Alabaster Location. I ordered a think crust last wednesday night Sept 3rd 2025. Around 8pm. The pizza was NOT cut when i got home, the person who did it poured so much tomatoe sauce it was literally leaking from the box when i opened at home. I was so upset and disapointed. I really hope the manager looks back on the schechude and see who was working that night and train him again. I don’t want to detail the person thru here but i will say that he should not be working with a hoddie on like if he was on high school. Sorry to say that you lost a 4 year Customer because my family don’t want to eat there any more.

They raised the delivery fee that was set when we placed our order. When checking the app to see when it would be delivered, it showed they increased delivery charge that was charged to us. We included a 20% tip as well. We will never order from them again. 👎

The only thing is the atmosphere but its perfect for what the they’re trying to do. Its the same setup as a little ceasers but with drastically better pizza

I ordered delivery and received the wrong order. When I called I was told that they would credit my account with a free pizza but I would have to call to order. When I called they had no recollection of this and nobody had noted this on my account. For the price they charge for a delivered pizza that is mediocre at best, I at least expect good service.

I would give this restaurant 0 stars if it would let me! 3 times now, I have ordered and paid for the order only for them to call 30-45 minutes later and tell me that don’t have a delivery driver! Today, I tried calling BEFORE I ordered- I was on hold for 10 minutes to try to ask them if they had a driver! They never came to the phone! So I double checked their app! It did not say anything about there being no delivery! So I ordered and once again 45 minutes later they called and asked me to come pick it up because they didn’t have a driver! THIS IS RIDICULOUS AND UNACCEPTABLE! The person on the phone was not helpful! I asked him why the app did not say they didn’t have a driver and it was only pick-up orders! He had nothing to say. I will NEVER order from Hungry Howie's again!

So the pizza is mediocre but not the worst and far from the best. The price is ridiculous, a large one topping for cost me $16.34 in total while if my wife had call Dominos which is a quarter of a mile down the road I could have gotten 2 large pizzas for the same price. And the quality in my opinion isn't that much different.
