Horrible attitudes, poor management, sticky floors. Will not be back
Clean lobby and friendly staff.
The manager rang up wrong item. When told she asked for burger back out of my car and packed it into another bag and handed it out the window. Then asked if I would take the old tenders if she threw an extra one so she have to make fresh ones.
Thanks Jack's for starting my birthday morning off wrong. All I wanted was a strawberry/cream cheese pie and tater tots with gravy (Childhood memories). I also ordered food for the family. Paid for everything, then they tell me that they don't have the pie of my choice but will give me the apple. I was okay with that, flustered, but okay with it. Then I get home, the food was absolutely horrendous. Biscuits were dry, not edible because they were to hard. Also they gave me grits, instead of gravy. I didn't get everything that I ordered and I couldn't eat what I did get. So I paid y'all for absolutely nothing, it went into the garbage. I'm done with Jack's! It is very clear that they made zero attempt to get it right. I do not recommend.......
They made me wait an hour and 30 minutes for just 3 item's and my that was 2 bacon wraps and an double gravy wrapped they didn't even roll it right and was rude because I asked that was the time limit they didn't even know where my order was and they had an attitude when they brought me my food AFTER AN HOUR AND 30 MINUTES I give it a 0 out of 100 I'm never coming back
9 minutes for a grilled chicken sandwich that’s not straight off a grill is crazy work. Ms No Teeth can keep her little slick comments to herself. Customer satisfaction is at an all time low in every company. Y’all won’t be satisfied until there is no customers coming anymore. Not welcoming and the food is always over cooked or taste like they cook it in mix grease.
Food is ok SOMETIMES, but I’ve only ever had fries that I could actually chew a couple times! Always gives old/hard fries and it’s a 50/50 shot if your order is correct. Also, maybe they should have people that can actually count money working the drive thru window. When you hand them $20.32 and your order total is $16.32 …. They try to hand you back $3 and start counting change out?!?! So, you try and correct them and they get an attitude?? Come on managers ….do better!!!
Food is always hot and fresh
The Alabaster location is poorly staffed and unorganized. If you place an order at the drive-thru, they always, always, always make you pull up in front of the building to wait. Then you wait, with all the other people in their cars also waiting. Then after waiting 20 minutes you go inside with your receipt (if they gave you one), and wait while you watch them figure out which items go with which order. I get it, places like this have a hard time staffing up. This location always has its 'now hiring' signage posted. Jack's Corp., stop shorting these locations and give people real incentive for wanting to work there.
The food was literally a 10/10. I’m from Michigan, so Jack in the box isn’t a thing around here. When I tell you this is 10x better than kfc, I'm not lying. The service was also amazing, not sure what his name was but he was so unbelievably respectful. It was my first time ever coming and he said I’ll like it, and oh boy I did. He deserves a raise!

BELIEVE ALL OF THE 1 STAR REVIEWS , here is a bigger jack. It’s tiny , the same size as the tomato. They say it’s bigger because there is an extra dime thick patty on it. What a rip off. Then it has a gain in it to boot. , Just close this crappy place down like all of the burger kings and Wendy’s that were like this place is. Worthless , I haven’t been to jacks in forever and I go today to get a cheeseburger meal and I told the girl no onions. I get it and I open it up and there are 3 times more onions than anyone would ever put on a hamburger and no cheese.also the hamburger is barely bigger than a Krystal slider.the fries didn’t have a speck of salt on them What a rip off , here it is another day. I order a double cheeseburger with no onions and it comes with onions and no cheese. They can never get one thing right , I got a big BLT and the bacon was cooked to a crisp. The back on was broken up into 1/4 inch pieces falling all in the floor. There was 1 tomato on a huge Texas toast sandwich. The bread was stale and dry. Every single time everything is terrible. , I’ll never go back. and All other restaurants wear headsets for the drive thru window. At this jacks they have the drive thru speaker piped into the restsurant turned wide open. As we are sitting there eating we have to hear every drive thru order. “ I WANT A CHEESEBURGER AND FRIES AND MY SON TIMMY .... ( screams in the back seat ) WHAT DO YOU WANT TIMMY ?” then the employee screams back over the loud speaker “ OK , YOU WANT 2 CHEESEBURGERS FRIES AND 2 COKES” this went on the whole time we were trying to eat. I’ll go some where else next time.
Terrible customer service! The lady who took my order with the eyelashes that look like thick spiders had a terrible attitude when I asked for the cups to get drinks that came with my order. She was too busy texting on her phone to provide decent service. This occurred on Saturday, March 1, 2025 around noon. The restaurant appeared to be as nasty as her clothes and attitude.
This is a greasy spoon for sure. Even the walls are coated in grease. I normally just get the ice tea because it is good and I love their ice. This location is an older Jack's but when the floors and walls are greasy it is time to change the filter and maybe the mop water. I'm too afraid to order food. Service was just bad. I rarely complain about service because the work is hard, they have to put up with the public and the pay stinks. So I will just say this, the lady who took my order must have had a really horrible day and someone who looks like me must have been really mean to her.

The workers at the window were very rude this morning. I tried telling the lady she gave me the wrong order and she threw up her hands and told someone else to come talk to me. It really did not call for all that. If you can’t talk to people then you should not be at work this early in the morning. Will not be going back to this location.

Loyal customer and I eatat Jack's all over the state. I have always had great experiences and great food. Today we stopped by at around 1 only ones at counter and had to wait for someone to come take our order. The people there just aren't excited to be there. No greeting, no thank you's, just no hospitality. Ordered 3 piece bone in chicken with mash potatoes and cole slaw. They are not paying attention holding times or safety standards because chicken & mash were barely warm and biscuit hard as a rock. My wife did enjoy her cheeseburger and shake. This one will be on my list to pass on by with Milo's right down the street.
