Writing this review while debating on getting another rib sandwich. 😮💨 I love it more than the mcrib. They also have the blueberry pie out right now. I hope these both stay. - The staff was great and my food came fast. They also answered my questions. Jimmy? Was polite and respectful and seemed like he valued me being there.

I don't expect much from a place like Jack's. But I will never go back to this location. My burger was cold. Not room temp, but cold. Like they just took it out of a refrigerator. That's not even as bad as the fries. The fries were not seasoned. At all. Not even salt. Straight out of the fryer into the bag. They had 2 cars in front of me pulled over so I'm sure they felt rushed, but how long does it take to salt the fries? The tea tasted disgusting. Like it was old and had started to turn. Terrible....

Was only one inside and all they did was take care of drive thru. Cashier was nice though. She had good customer service.

Check your receipts!! They charge you for things you don't ask for. And this is one of the only places you have to check your bag before you leave. They mess up everything
I would like to follow this up with, I went back to the store and they fixed the issues. They gave me my sausage, egg and cheese biscuits that was missing and credited me for the overcharged items.

The workers did not know what they were doing there was a two lines of cars without food just sitting and waiting we went inside to see everyone staring clueless while the manager was in her car. Mind you we didn’t even get our food we got refunded and left. All we ordered was a sweet tea a water and four fries..

This place needs better employees, especially the night shift, everyone was just talking and not very concerned about doing their job...had to wait forever for two big bacon burgers...and they left the tomatoes off the burger...manager didn't seem to care
