Food is ok SOMETIMES, but I’ve only ever had fries that I could actually chew a couple times! Always gives old/hard fries and it’s a 50/50 shot if your order is correct. Also, maybe they should have people that can actually count money working the drive thru window. When you hand them $20.32 and your order total is $16.32 …. They try to hand you back $3 and start counting change out?!?! So, you try and correct them and they get an attitude?? Come on managers ….do better!!!

The food was literally a 10/10. I’m from Michigan, so Jack in the box isn’t a thing around here. When I tell you this is 10x better than kfc, I'm not lying. The service was also amazing, not sure what his name was but he was so unbelievably respectful. It was my first time ever coming and he said I’ll like it, and oh boy I did. He deserves a raise!

The drive thru service was fast.
I ordered coffee and a biscuit with sausage, cheese, and egg.
The biscuit was delicious but the top half immediately fell apart as I ate it. I ended up taking that part off to eat it.
Coffee was good but they only filled the cup 2/3 full. Who leaves 1/3 of the cup empty for a few creamer pods????
