Jersey Mike's Subs

Requested 2 giant subs and for the ingredients to be put in a bowl so we could assemble for Thanksging lunch the next day. The sweet young lady Morgan, checked with management and was told they had no way to transport unless I requested a catering order. The bread could have been put in the reg bags. All other ingredients in a to go bowl. You lost sale of 2 giant subs.

I went to Publix. They sell the same ingredients and make subs.

Everytime I come here... My order is wrong... So I just stop coming to this location.

Friendly employee, good food, clean store! Price was high. Surprised that two sandwich combos was $41.

Id give 0 stars if i could, came here tonight at the location in Alabaster, two employees (a black lady) and (a white man) stared at me through the door with the door locked (after i attempted to open it) with 1 hour until close. (Assuming they wanted to leave early instead of doing there job.) two other cars pulled up with multiple customers and neither acknowledged them.

Came to this location at 815pm. The doors were locked and 2 employees saw me at door and did not acknowledge me nor open the door. Online and the door says store closes at 9pm

I love this Jersey Mikes location, but one employee makes the experience so much better. Shout out to Morgan who works at the Alabaster location, she is truly the best! She always goes above and beyond for me and my family and makes this experience so much better!

Quality has gone downhill. This sandwich had fat and hard bits in it. Prices are high for what you get. Service is fast-food average at best, including an incorrect order.

every time i come in they’re so kind and speedy with service! my sub is always yummy and i love that the meat and cheese are cut to order. my favorite jersey mikes location for sure

I stop here once a week with my mom after she has her appointments at the cancer center.the employee with the reddish brown hair is amazing and really sweet.She always remembers our sandwiches and she also makes a point to check on my mom and see how her cancer treatments are going.my mom looks forward to their conversations everytime we see her.

Absolutely awful employees working 4/13/25 about 2:30. They literally said what do you want, didn’t have tuna, and just didn’t care to be working.

Get rid of these people who are running your business.

UPDATE - 11/2/24. - STILL NO BACON SO NO CLUB SANDWICHES -Everytime we order a sandwich with bacon - they leave it off. To the owner - ORDER MORE BACON! CLUB SANDWICHES HAVE BACON!! - Also the woman that was in there last time I was in was SOO rude. I told her she was also. Right in front of everyone in the building. Won't be back. And the thing is I order A LOT of jersey Mikes - favorite place to eat - but will drive from Alabaster to Hoover to get my sandwich. I really wish they would change owners. I would go back then.
