UPDATE - 11/2/24. - STILL NO BACON SO NO CLUB SANDWICHES -Everytime we order a sandwich with bacon - they leave it off. To the owner - ORDER MORE BACON! CLUB SANDWICHES HAVE BACON!! - Also the woman that was in there last time I was in was SOO rude. I told her she was also. Right in front of everyone in the building. Won't be back. And the thing is I order A LOT of jersey Mikes - favorite place to eat - but will drive from Alabaster to Hoover to get my sandwich. I really wish they would change owners. I would go back then.

Refused service to someone with special needs and food allergies all because he didnt feel like providing her non Gluten contaminated product. Told her to leave. Theres something seriously wrong with this place

Messed up my order twice in a row on doordash. They can't even put the correct ingredients on the sandwich or make the right sandwich at all they send me the completely wrong order twice. I really like the Jersey shore but I will never order it again or anything else from Jersey Mike's because they can't make it correctly.

Had a good experience dealing with their customer service. I had an issue where the app wasnt loading my birthday points, and they solved it and helped me.

Wonder why??? Very unsatisfied

Jersey has been my place to go but this one has been my worst experience. I ordered over the phone and picked the food up. I found a hair in the food. I will never go to this place again for sure

I visited Jersey Mike’s yesterday for lunch and I ordered the club sub and got it mikes way. The ladies were polite explain to me what mikes way were since it was my first time eating there. Everything were fresh and the service were top tier!!! Will be back

Went into Jersey Mike's craving a sandwich. There were three young gentlemen working and we were the first three in line. Not one person acknowledged us. The young man making the sandwiches at a sloths pace never looked up or said a word. We stood there about 10 minutes and the line had grown to about 12 people or more. Still.... no words or greetings at all. I haven't visited here in quite a while and probably won't. So unfortunate because their sandwiches are typically amazing. Maybe they can get Danny Devito to come help since he's a huge fan and spokesperson. It's a crying shame that this younger generation has no manners, let alone work ethic.

Waited for roughly 10 minutes in line to place order with zero acknowledgment from people working never got to place an order due to Workers only focusing on online orders. Frequent customer at this location and have never experienced this bad of service. Very disappointing

Jersey mikes subs are great ? the ask you if you want it mikes way which is lettuce tomato onion and mayo. But I don't like that stuff they don't mind making It my way. The cut the meat and cheese right in front of you. They have fountain drinks or bottles.chips to put with your meal just sooo
