Very disappointed in the food at this location & the Hoover location. They have lost mine & others business. They use to be my very favorite, they have really went down.
I ate at the Alabaster location last week for the first time. We were surprised by the way this location is set up. It was a Friday night & pretty crowded, wasn’t expecting to have to order at a desk feeling rushed with customers lined up behind us. We were then suppose to seat ourselves, we had a party of 6 & every available table in there was dirty. I had to go get someone to clean our table. Such great BBQ. After a week of vacation eating at various restaurants, it was nice to have a great meal with great service. We'll be back from Northern Indiana on our next vacation down south.
