The staff were all friendly and the food was awesome! I love coming here because I know that if I ever have an issue with something, I notify one of the staff and they make sure I leave satisfied.
Today, April 20 was my first time eating here. I enjoyed the food, it was quick getting out, and tasty! The only issue I had was with the host, Sarah. She was very rude and hostile towards me and other guest. I asked her what came on a food item, she kinda looked at me like I should already know, then explained to me. I asked her what came on another food item, she said what came on the last item but with brisket. She said all this with such a nasty attitude. My thing is, you're who guest see first, your customer service should be perfect. If not, she should work back of the house. I worked a host position before and I work customer service currently, and this not the attitude I have. To further explain, an older couple was ordering, and she's yelling at them explaining and I felt so bad for the couple.. it's sad. Lastly, I asked her for a plastic cup instead of a regular cup, and she's like "this is a plastic cup", but I wanted the styrofoam cup. She knew what I meant, she just wanted to get smart. I paid my $46 and sat down. I spoke to the manager before leaving, she said she'd address the issue.

I went through the drive through. They forgot to include my honey butter in my order that I specifically asked for. I checked for it before leaving the parking lot, had to go back to get it. I get home and they have forgotten to include ingredients on my potato. I called and talked with the lead person, he was supposed to credit my card for the potato. He didn't follow-through. Word of the wise - hold up the drive through line and check your order before leaving the window.
