I can't, in good conscious, pay $12 for another of your sandwiches if you continue to serve grainy old tomatoes and brown lettuce.

Cashier was mot aware of menu items. Pulled to the window to window & cashier snatched my money leaving the dime in my hand. I tried telling cashier he forgot the dime and he says he already processed payment. So cashier was not aware how to apply dime to total. No receipt was provided.

Horrible experience tonight —- The “Picklewich” came out today and AGAINST my wishes my husband brought me to this location instead of HOOVER (which is ALWAYS EXCELLENT) and needless to say the service was horrible and my I couldn’t even eat my sandwich due to it being made incorrectly. The person making my order literally pulled lettuce off a wrap he made incorrectly and wiped the meat off while making a drive-thru order which gave me an very uncomfortable feeling (why I still stood there for him to make my order thinking it would be better??? ) NO IDEA!!! This was my 1st and last time visiting this location ! NEVER AGAIN!

Ordered delivery thru the app on a Sunday at 1:22. Called to make sure they're wasn't a mistake at 2:02. Was told they were slammed and only had 1 driver. No worries, I'll wait out out... 1 hr 30 minutes later I received my food...

Went today at 3:30 with my family after a day at the splash pad. The sandwiches were amazing, and the service was even better! ? My husband who is kinda not a fan of cold sandwiches typically had such a great experience that he wants to come back! ?

Jimmy John's is like the subway everybody wanted but it is more refined and is has healthier options, sort of like a deli.
Food: The simplest of choices, most of the sandwiches you would get are cold but just the right amount of toppings, meats, and veggies, etc added to it.
Atmosphere: I don't know who Jimmy John is but he is cooking out here with the look, it almost has the firehouse subs and subway together. (Really gotta go to more sandwich places, pls recommend me some)
Service: Exquisite, though for places that have you picking what toppings you can choose on your sandwich, it's best to go inside the store rather then ordering online, there weren't that many people, I was pretty much the only one.
Water isn't free ? Jk, maybe if i get a smaller cup, it will be heheh

Had a coupon for five dollars off 20 nor does it say anywhere that the order must be placed for a delivery order and the lady at the counter all could tell me you have to place a delivery order to get the five dollars off the coupon I have in front of me on my app clearly states that instore dine in or pick up could be used for those not just one and the manager behind the counter. Wanted to be fussy about it and I no longer will do business here.

The employees here are all friendly and our food is always right. We have never had an issue and we come pretty regularly.I gave atmosphere a 1 star because whenever we come in there are only two people working, and they are rushing trying to keep up while the phone rings off the hook and they have people in line. They are obviously doing their best, but management is not supporting them with the people they need. I makes me not want to come in and stress them out more.I hope this is something management thinks about and takes into consideration to reduce turn over since the employees I usually see are doing a great job.

Won’t be back. Staff and food are great. I was a rewards member and frequent customer. I was emailed a JJ $5 off coupon which I used per their conditions/requirements. I ordered via their app and met minimum fee. My coupon was not honored. I called the store and they said that sucks we can’t help you. I went through the wormhole of the JJ website. The response I received was what I should have done to redeem the coupon. I told them that is exactly what I did and to please credit me $5. No response so I reached out again and said they cannot go back and honor the $5 but they would send me $3 off that expires in 7 days. Really, go back and spend more money after you s’d me out of $5 to get $3 off?!?! No thanks. Canceled my rewards account and won’t be back. This is no reflection on the staff or food. Both were good. This is a management issue and a JJs issue. Lost a great customer over $5 that could have been easily rectified. Not even an apology. JJ makes it very difficult to try and contact the “home office” with complaints or compliments. Bye JJ. Plenty of other competitors that will enjoy my business. BTW, go see how well Chick Fil A treats their customers in these situations. They rectify immediately with no questions asked or blame on the customer.

This is by far the worst location I’ve ever been to, nothing like going to the drive thru order speaker at 12:00 pm and see JJ employees outside smoking then wait in the line with only one other car for way too long, the food isn’t worth it, this is the second time I’ve been there and had to wait entirely too long in the drive thru and it will be my last time for sure

Not freaky fast at all. Took over 20min it’s for sandwiches and they didn’t have French bread. How are you a sandwich shop and you don’t have bread? We’re catering to the drive thru and online orders before the ones that ordered I person. Disappointed.
