The country club unwich with bacon is my go to since I've been on a diet. But before that, I love the bread on the regular sandwich. I always order on the app and the food is ready when I get there. Never had one mistake on my sandwich. Making want one now doing this review! 🤣🤣

I love Jimmy Johns sandwiches. Simple, good subs, although a bit pricey. This location often messes up our order, but they do make it right if we are in the restaurant. Most frustrating is when it is messed up and they don't make it right when I have had to have it delivered next door at the hospital when a family member is hospitalized.
Today we ate in restaurant and had to take turns holding our one year old because there are no highchairs. And the giant sized sandwich we ordered was not cut, so we had to go up and ask for a knife to cut it ourselves. While we were ordering our food, the employee taking our order started taking an order from the drive thru, and we had to wait to finish ordering. As we were finishing eating they started playing the music a bit loud. It made conversation around the table harder. Those may seem like small things, but it's still frustrating.

I’ve had nothing but disappointing experiences at this Jimmy John’s location, and it’s safe to say I won’t be returning. I went through the drive-thru, and it was a long wait. When I finally got to the window, the guy couldn’t even find my order and had to ask me what I had. After telling him, he just stood there, and when I mentioned I wanted to use my rewards, he said it was too late since my card had already been charged. To top it off, my order was wrong, so I had to pull around, go inside, and wait again to get it fixed. Honestly, this isn’t the first time I’ve had issues here, and it’s always a hassle. I’m not sure what’s going on with this location, but it’s been consistently bad every time I’ve tried to give it another shot. Definitely not worth the frustration.

This Jimmy John’s is consistently slow and unable to serve their customers. This is the third time I have had to drive off from the drive thru. The wait times are awful. This time I was told I couldn’t be served due to them receiving a big order and that I would have to wait and it would be awhile. This is after waiting 10 minutes at the drive-thru and having to ask for help after they told me to please hold. I will not be back and that is sad due to working right up the street and this being a convenient lunch option.

I recently visited Jimmy John’s and had a very frustrating experience. I waited over 20 minutes in the drive-thru, which is already a long time for a quick sandwich place. When I finally received my order, it was completely wrong. I had to go back and wait another 15 minutes just to get the correct items.

While I understand that mistakes happen, the long wait and the inconvenience were disappointing, especially considering the reputation Jimmy John’s has for fast service. The staff was polite when correcting the issue, but the whole experience left a lot to be desired.

Hopefully, this was just an off day, but I’ll have to think twice before returning.

Cashier was mot aware of menu items. Pulled to the window to window & cashier snatched my money leaving the dime in my hand. I tried telling cashier he forgot the dime and he says he already processed payment. So cashier was not aware how to apply dime to total. No receipt was provided.

Horrible experience tonight —- The “Picklewich” came out today and AGAINST my wishes my husband brought me to this location instead of HOOVER (which is ALWAYS EXCELLENT) and needless to say the service was horrible and my I couldn’t even eat my sandwich due to it being made incorrectly. The person making my order literally pulled lettuce off a wrap he made incorrectly and wiped the meat off while making a drive-thru order which gave me an very uncomfortable feeling (why I still stood there for him to make my order thinking it would be better??? ) NO IDEA!!! This was my 1st and last time visiting this location ! NEVER AGAIN!

Ordered delivery thru the app on a Sunday at 1:22. Called to make sure they're wasn't a mistake at 2:02. Was told they were slammed and only had 1 driver. No worries, I'll wait out out... 1 hr 30 minutes later I received my food...
