I placed an order online for pick up and got confirmation immediately. When I got to the store 30 minutes later it had not been made. They muttered some excuse to my husband that he couldn't hear and said it would take 5 minutes to make. So what was the purpose of ordering ahead of time? I used to love Jimmy John's for their speed but this missed the mark entirely.

First time there and not really impressed. I ordered tuna on lettuce wrap and could barely find the tuna. So I spent 14 or 15 bucks for mostly lettuce. The chips contained peanut oil, and being allergic I was glad I saw that before eating. Guess I am one of the few people with a peanut allergy since all their chips are made with peanut oil . 😕

1st time trying this sub place . The deli meat, veggies , and bread was fresh ,but it lacked a flavorful taste . If I gave a line on the sub places that I know of it would list from #1 Jerseys Mike- Full of meat and flavor #2. Subway - Variety of sauces ,but lacks customer service and fresh produce , and bread #3. Jimmy Johns - Fresh everything good customer service ,but lacks a good sauce or flavor And least would # 4. Firehouse Subs - lack of customer service some( areas) lots of sub choices ,but it's a hit and miss never the same sandwhich

The country club unwich with bacon is my go to since I've been on a diet. But before that, I love the bread on the regular sandwich. I always order on the app and the food is ready when I get there. Never had one mistake on my sandwich. Making want one now doing this review! 🤣🤣

I love Jimmy Johns sandwiches. Simple, good subs, although a bit pricey. This location often messes up our order, but they do make it right if we are in the restaurant. Most frustrating is when it is messed up and they don't make it right when I have had to have it delivered next door at the hospital when a family member is hospitalized. Today we ate in restaurant and had to take turns holding our one year old because there are no highchairs. And the giant sized sandwich we ordered was not cut, so we had to go up and ask for a knife to cut it ourselves. While we were ordering our food, the employee taking our order started taking an order from the drive thru, and we had to wait to finish ordering. As we were finishing eating they started playing the music a bit loud. It made conversation around the table harder. Those may seem like small things, but it's still frustrating.

I’ve had nothing but disappointing experiences at this Jimmy John’s location, and it’s safe to say I won’t be returning. I went through the drive-thru, and it was a long wait. When I finally got to the window, the guy couldn’t even find my order and had to ask me what I had. After telling him, he just stood there, and when I mentioned I wanted to use my rewards, he said it was too late since my card had already been charged. To top it off, my order was wrong, so I had to pull around, go inside, and wait again to get it fixed. Honestly, this isn’t the first time I’ve had issues here, and it’s always a hassle. I’m not sure what’s going on with this location, but it’s been consistently bad every time I’ve tried to give it another shot. Definitely not worth the frustration.

This Jimmy John’s is consistently slow and unable to serve their customers. This is the third time I have had to drive off from the drive thru. The wait times are awful. This time I was told I couldn’t be served due to them receiving a big order and that I would have to wait and it would be awhile. This is after waiting 10 minutes at the drive-thru and having to ask for help after they told me to please hold. I will not be back and that is sad due to working right up the street and this being a convenient lunch option.

I recently visited Jimmy John’s and had a very frustrating experience. I waited over 20 minutes in the drive-thru, which is already a long time for a quick sandwich place. When I finally received my order, it was completely wrong. I had to go back and wait another 15 minutes just to get the correct items.
While I understand that mistakes happen, the long wait and the inconvenience were disappointing, especially considering the reputation Jimmy John’s has for fast service. The staff was polite when correcting the issue, but the whole experience left a lot to be desired.
Hopefully, this was just an off day, but I’ll have to think twice before returning.
