Will be a very long time before going back. Served a slice of chicken that was paper thin; instead of grated cheese on my spagetti I was given store bought Parmesan. Our salads were soaked in dressing! Literally floating in dressing. The lettace was welted.
Our dripping oil was just that….oil. We requested some seasonings and the server had an attitude bc we asked.
We have been going to Joes for awhile but the changes they have made are
going to negatively affect their business.
Will not be back!

We recently hosted a graduation celebration at Joe’s Italian for a group of 30, celebrating a proud University of Alabama Class of 2025 graduate, and the entire experience was absolutely outstanding. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and well taken care of. Coordinating a party this size isn’t easy, but the service was smooth, attentive, and incredibly professional throughout the evening. The food was incredible and several guest mentioned it was the best Italian they have had in a while.
The live entertainment truly made the evening feel festive and memorable.

Had dinner at Joes for Valentines Day and it was wonderful, service excellent even though it was full , music and atmosphere was great as well, I had the braised short rib and it was delicious, portions were generous, everyone in my party was quite pleased with the whole experience.

I normally do not post negative reviews however tonight I was extremely disappointed with the service at Joes Italian. The wait staff was extremely slow with everything. Water took 15 minutes. Drinks 15 to 20 minutes. When grated cheese was asked for we were expected to hold our plates up to the wait staff instead of her
Moving to each seated guest . We love Joes but tonight the service was terrible. I truly hope improvements are made.

We got 2 meals an appetizer and desert. 107 bucks. I got it to go and was told they charge a 15% service fee. We'll they won't be getting anymore of my money.

The brunch was very good. Was not as crowded as it used to be.
Joe's Italian is amazing. My wife and I went for a date night last week and we loved it. The cake slices are big enough for a family of four. The chicken parmigiana was delicious and so was the Tortellini G. We will be back soon.
