I’ve never had ramen like this before and it was really good. Table side service was nice. I do wish places that have you order by kiosk, like this one, would give more options in the kiosk. We were able to ask for what we needed, but if you’re going to make me order on a screen, then what’s the point?
We came for dinner, we were directed to order on the kiosk. We got the Tokoyo, Tonkotsu and Sapporo Miso ramen. The best one was Tonkotsu, the broth was more flavorful than the others. We did order spicy (medium) but were not spicy by any means. All of the broths seemed to be warm (temperature wise). 3 bobas came out when we were almost done with our meal, which were very good and flavorful. I think next time we will try the teriyaki. Everyone was nice that worked there!

As a Japanese American who grew up in Southern California with authentic Japanese food....this establishment is pretty top notch on the food they serve. Rice is cooked to perfection unlike most other Chinese/Asian restaurants. I recommend to anyone who wants the real deal to a poké bowl or Ramen! The serving size is great too!

We are visiting fur the first time. The atmosphere is nice and the first thing we noticed was the kpop playing. Since my daughter and I are fans, that was really nice. It's a casual dining experience but the astethic is nice. The place is immaculate. I ordered a made to order Pokebowl and my daughter got Terriyaki. She really enjoyed it as well. The portions are nice and the food was fresh. And when they called my daughter's name they even asked if they pronounced it right which was very sweet. The prices are fair. We are definitely coming back.Dietary restrictions: They had enough options to fit different dietary needs.

Tried this place for the first time and wasn’t too impressed. The rice was great but the chicken from my chicken teriyaki had a weird consistency and it freaked me out so much I couldn’t eat it.

The food was really good, I ordered a custom bowl and added what I wanted in it. The pork belly bun was also really good, but they do tend to stick to the paper boat they're served in. My daughters all loved the tea and smoothies. The ramen was okay, the two times I ordered the Tokyo Ramen I received the wrong broth on one and the amount of noodles is not consistent, the first bowl had almost all noodles and hardly any broth, the second was the wrong growth and I didn't receive a lot of noodles. Overall I will stick with the build your own bowl. Also the floors are very very slick when it is wet outside, there are no rugs or mats.
Ordered for the first time several days ago and it was amazing. Loved it. The Thai milk tea was perfect! I ordered through door dash as I can't leave work. Great place to order from and delicious.

The played k-pop the whole time! It was amazing listening to my favorite songs while eating delicious food. Everyone was so nice! There was so much food we got. A pretty pricy but we got a lot of stuff. You should try it out!

When we dined in on our first visit, we successfully navigated the ordering kiosk, and that made scrolling through all the choices less stressful. Ordering from a team member was an option, but we were pretty clueless and wanted to be able to take time to browse. I settled on the two-protein bowl with brown rice, ahi tuna and salmon, plus five delicious veggie additions. The rest of my family had Ramen bowls, and everything was delicious. Tonight I tried the drive-through, and it has a limited menu, but the vegetarian bowl with no substitutions was reasonably priced, pretty, and tasty. So glad they are here in Alabaster!

Raman and Poke bowl was great! Fast service and nice atmosphere. Nice mid level spot for a reasonable price fast. Definitely going to be a regular spot for me.
