This place needs a new crew of staff members. They're unprofessional and rude. Talking on the phone while taking orders. Plus, there's very long wait times here to get your food. Sometimes the food is good and sometimes it's inedible. It's like a guessing game every time I go here.

Drive through was incredibly slow. Lady in drive-through seemed anxious and resigned to getting negative feed-back. Employees inside seemed to be walking about unconcerned and aimless. They were not busy per the observation of the parking lot. One car ahead of me and one behind. The one ahead took way too long, but I drove on up because I had already waited so long. The wait for my simple order for one also took way too long. The man behind me got tired of waiting and drove off angrily. But they had my money so I continued to wait. My food was not good. The buns were not warm, but were incredibly saturated to the point of falling apart with grease. I’m not expecting Gordon Ramsey to be preparing my fast food- I mean- it’s KRYSTALS, but I do expect the bread to hold together. I was kind to the poor lady serving me when She asked me if the man behind me had got mad and left. I hated it for her.

This morning my husband wanted a Krystal’s breakfast bowl and I wanted a sausage biscuit. When he got to Krystal’s there was a sign on the drive thru stating the spoken was broken, he drives around and the person at the window was pleasant to my husband as he ordered.. Krystals was out of orange juice no big deal but when my hubby got home we found the breakfast bowl was swimming in butter/grease and the sausage biscuit was burned and too hard to eat! This is the second time we had a bad experience with this Krystal within a few months. Is this location under new management or on the verge of closing?

Last two visits: First time, credit card machine was broken, so cash only. Today, there's a sign on the drive-thru, "Speaker broken - Drive to window" So, get to window - No one there. Drive around the building - Just one car on the entire property. Huh? Closed? Back to window - Tap on glass. Nothing. Call inside, no answer. About to leave. Employee comes to window and says the "system" is down for 15 minutes, no orders now. Krystal: This is NOT the way to handle your business! It really gives people the impression that you can't keep the basic infrastructure running so why should they have confidence in the remainder of your operation? READ: Safety! I hope that you will read this and get your act together. Sure was looking forward to some Krystals today. Arby's here I come!

I'm guessing since the Rona, they're just short staffed because every visit lately takes 10 minutes. However, when you drive around and the bag is hanging out the window either Nostradamus is working the grill or your food was ready before you ordered it. I'd bet the latter which means this Krystal's is making to order. The window staff in typically unpersonable, if that's a word. All in all, we always go back for more square sandwiches cause they're delicious.

I don’t know what they are doing to their poor Krystal burgers but they taste weird. Bread is harder than it should be, pickles aren’t leaving juice-y pickle taste in the bread, and the onions taste odd. Like it’s carryover or something. I don’t think they even do carryover. I feel like y’all should be paying your customers to take these atrocities off your hands instead of these poor, innocent citizens paying y’all. I mean, do you not notice these bad things going on with your burgers. Krystal burgers have the potential to be a great experience... y’all giving a bad name to a good brand. It’s disappointing.

Was there in the evening and only one car ahead of me. The manager walks out and go to back parking lot a lites up some weed with other people who had just parked in the back. The food is horrible and always cold or made wrong. They need to shut it down. I drive passed this one to go to the one in Hoover which is 20 minutes away

On 7:30 pm on Thursday June 25th me and my fiancee went through the drive thru at the Krystals in Alabaster on 1103 1st St N, Alabaster Al to order. Okay upon making an order the person working the window did not greet or speak, so when my fiancee asked what was on the hangover the individual got smart and replied " Its On The Menu Out There, Don't You See It" with a very nasty attitude and when he was steady trying to reply the individual said Have A Nice Day! And would not serve us as if we did something and all we were trying to do was order some food. So we called to ask to speak to a manager and they would not let us speak to a manager they were playing around on the phone like kids! This kind of behavior is totally unacceptable!!! The female was totally disrespectful and very rude and nasty and all we were trying to do was order some food and inquiring about a particular item. They all need to be fired and we will be inforcing that to the head manager
