Your bartender was the worst and most unprofessional one I have ever encountered. An older man sitting 3 chairs from me was complaining about her and she overheard. She came over to him and harshly told him to say it to her face. He tried to explain why he felt that way and she said it was his fault service was bad--he took too long to order. (This all started because she rang up wrong steak on his bill). She then proceeded to yell for the manager. I will not be back. Most of the time I was there, she wasn't!

I would not recommend ordering take-out from this location. Each time I’ve ordered a steak to go and requested medium-rare, it has consistently arrived overcooked. Dine-in experiences may be different, but the quality of to-go steak preparation has been disappointing.

First time I am disappointed with Longhorn. Server was not friendly, not even acknowledge it was Christmas eve. I asked for tab water with lemon wedge. I got just water, to look to my right and see how the F&B server attending the table next to me served the water with lemon was upsetting. I asked for a Flo's medium and got a Renegade Sirlion medium rare. We were on a road trip with 4 hours to go. Therefore, my family did not want me to complaint. But, this got me even more upset. To say 1 star is overrated girl wouldn't received a cent of tip from me. That is why my son picked up my tab. I left so upset.

Took my 95 yr old Dad, his caretaker and my hubby. Fabulous steaks!! I love the New York strip, guys got the Outlaw and Lobster. Everything was great! Very sweet server! Ashley, I think.

We have been disappointed with Lornhorn last few times going there. Service was not very good tonight. Food runner dropped off our plates . Didn’t ask if we wanted sauces,ketchup etc.. Missing mashed potatoes .Only had steak . Finally came and was cold. Told server and she was sorry. It was late in the meal at this point.Bathrooms were a mess. Won’t be back for awhile. Obviously poor management.
Big up's to the chef Devonta me and my husband food was great. Well cooked, my chicken was not dry or overcooked. It was juicy and welled seasoned. Thank you, Devonta for a delicious dinner and Rachel thanks for taking care of us.

We were passing through with my family, 14 adults and 4 children. They told us that we had to wait 30 minutes and almost an hour passed. They didn't attend to us, and they told us that we had to wait another half hour. They didn't care at all about giving us a solution even though we told them to accommodate us separately or however they could. What bothered me the most was that they cared very little about giving us a solution.
