The service was as refreshing as a tall glass of sweet tea. Yet, it's downright embarrassing and downright laughable for a place like Longhorns to proudly serve up Kraft's Mac and Cheese at such a steep price, especially when they only gave my child a fourth of the box.

It's a toss up if your food will be correct when getting take out here. Service is not guaranteed each time. They're plagued like other places as far as staying well staffed. Nothing to brag about but not awful either. Just exercise caution with the temperature of your meal as it may be overcooked repeatedly even if sent back.Vegetarian options: Not much to choose from aside from sides and salads.

Stopped by while in town. Absolutely amazing food and service! Tried the new lamb chops and they were super delicious! Clean restaurant and attentive staff & manager!

This restaurant has been consistently great. Tonight was my sixth time going and it was as good as usual. We were seated at 9:20pm when they close at 10 pm. But my family of four meals all came out fast, hot, and fresh. Our waiter also didn't make us feel rushed.

We were sat and greeted by our server. We asked for a second to decide on drinks and then were completely ghosted for nearly 20 min as she continued to take care of every other table she had. Great birthday dinner? glad we went to Olive Garden instead.

Longhorn’s in Alabaster was closed on 3/16/2024 with traffic cones by both entrances. We didn’t see an sign to tell if it was temporary or permanent.

How can a steakhouse be out of the signature steak and the porkchops were over cooked. Will never return.
Our party of 2 came for a later lunch on a Tuesday, about 12:45-1 pm. We were seated immediately. Our server was great, never forgetting to bring anything, never disappearing for long periods of time. Of course, the bread they bring is amazing. Potato soup is really good. Today, we split the spinach dip-so good- and the chicken tenders and fries. We had tons of food left. I think their chicken tenders are some of the best around. They are seasoned really well, and so are the fries. We got the 6-count tenders but ate some before I snapped a pic because I was so excited!

I order a rare ribeye. My wife ordered a steak salad cooked medium. I received a medium ribeye and she received a rare steak salad.The hostess was too busy talking about the drama going on in the restaurant to notice I had walked in. Then, had a very unprofessional demeanor when I asked her if I could join my wife who was already there.The server who waited on us was great (we'll blame the swapped meat temps on the chefs, sorry).The bartender might've been swamped because it took 20 minutes each time we ordered a cocktail. The first cocktail we ordered was correct and then when we ordered the same cocktail again, the tequila had been changed (blanco to reposado).Atmosphere? Well... It was packed at 5pm on a Tuesday. Lights were very bright, and music couldn't be heard over the din of the dining room.

The wait wasn’t long at all, considering we had 9 people on a Saturday, and the hostesses communicated with us about what they were doing to get us down at a table. Emma was our server and was fantastic. We always had enough to drink, she made sure we had the right food, the food was delicious, and our checks were split correctly. What else can you ask for? A+.
