Manager is a d1 crashout and yelled at this lady who was just asking for her hot coffee to not be put in a plastic cup (IT WAS LITERALLY MELTING). Food took so long that we cancelled the order (I feel bad for the workers who need to work with that manager). Ts pmo.
I just rage typed that so the whole story, me n my family came and ordered some food, it took over half an hour and we were on a road trip so we didn’t want to be stopped that long and just decided to cancel our order. At the counter there was also a kind lady who just wanted to ask for her hot coffee to not be out in a plastic cup (very reasonable), my mom calls the manager out from the back and he’s talking to her and the lady just says “excuse me” and this guy yells at her and calls her rude and generally is just off-putting. (There’s more but I don’t care enough anymore to type it all out, 1 star.)

Does anyone work here? You can never get anyone to answer the drive thru and when you go in nobody wants to come to the counter. Had a manager I guess have to tell them 4 times to make an order and still didn’t get food. Just cancelled order after 30 minutes of waiting and left. This is definitely not good customer service and the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. And most of the time the lobby doors are locked the whole day forcing people to use the drive thru.

I asked for a frape on the screen and paid with a card, this one was waiting for it to be delivered to me, suddenly the gentleman came out and told us that they were not making frapes, we asked him to return the money, the only thing he did is yell at us to attack us, he began to say a lot of rudeness to discriminate us, he went outside screaming in the end we better get out of there, and they didn't give us back the money, I don't understand what that gentleman is doing, attending

poor service and all the workers are very rude, they didn’t provide us with all the food we ordered and on top of that had the audacity to slam the window on me and yell at me. NEVER again will i be eating here also the food was ice cold and they remade our food TWICE and still got it wrong.
Always have to wait forever for food. This time they messed up our order and gave us the wrong breakfast sandwich. The staff is never friendly or helpful and there is never anyone at the register/in the front to help customers. I would not recommend going here… worst McDonalds in the area.

Awful service never again will I come again the girl name angel definitely needs to be fired she was on her phone drinking a frappe the customers orders was not a priority to her 30 minutes I waited for watered down drinks and old fries..

This was the worst experience at a McDonald's I've ever had. Not because of anybody or anything other than, the fries were so cold that they were almost still, normally I would have taken it back but whenever I pulled in they said that they were only accepting mobile orders or doordash orders because I don't really know I guess cuz it was 10:00 and they closed at 11:00 but the freeze had been sitting there for forever the sandwich was so cold that I wound up throwing the second sandwich away completely I didn't even take a bite out of the other one, I bought a basket of fries so it was a whole bunch of fries but I only ate a handful and threw it away too and I never even ate the portion that would be even a small fry, because the fries were so stale and cold there was uneatable, the second sandwich cuz I got two sandwiches, the second sandwich I didn't even eat, the only thing I ate all of was one sandwich and it was because I was starving.
It took them forever I had to order on the mobile order because they weren't taking any regular orders, so it was just a horrible horrible experience it was a waste of $10, it was just horrible and it was really bad
