I ordered a quarter pounder1. The bun was c I completely burnt up. Not edible at all. I called to speak to a manager. No response at all.This Place is horrible. They act like their doing you a favor by cooking for you. The food is over cooked or under cooked.the staff is rude. Especially if you return something. They should all be fired and start with a new crew. Especially manager and cooks.

Jan 6th 2025....female restroom absolutely disgusting it hasn't been cleaned in awhile. The floors were very slippery and nasty. Just the smell was nasty. The wall under the dryer is brown and disgusting as well. We received our food and it was barely warm and didn't taste like it should

There drive threw does not work so we went inside and it took 30 mins to get our food and they didn’t even give us a receipt and then the food was wrong and the drinks have no ice and then there was no toy and it smelled disgusting in there and the workers were rude and mean.terrible experience. get better

Manager is a d1 crashout and yelled at this lady who was just asking for her hot coffee to not be put in a plastic cup (IT WAS LITERALLY MELTING). Food took so long that we cancelled the order (I feel bad for the workers who need to work with that manager). Ts pmo.
I just rage typed that so the whole story, me n my family came and ordered some food, it took over half an hour and we were on a road trip so we didn’t want to be stopped that long and just decided to cancel our order. At the counter there was also a kind lady who just wanted to ask for her hot coffee to not be out in a plastic cup (very reasonable), my mom calls the manager out from the back and he’s talking to her and the lady just says “excuse me” and this guy yells at her and calls her rude and generally is just off-putting. (There’s more but I don’t care enough anymore to type it all out, 1 star.)

Does anyone work here? You can never get anyone to answer the drive thru and when you go in nobody wants to come to the counter. Had a manager I guess have to tell them 4 times to make an order and still didn’t get food. Just cancelled order after 30 minutes of waiting and left. This is definitely not good customer service and the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. And most of the time the lobby doors are locked the whole day forcing people to use the drive thru.

I asked for a frape on the screen and paid with a card, this one was waiting for it to be delivered to me, suddenly the gentleman came out and told us that they were not making frapes, we asked him to return the money, the only thing he did is yell at us to attack us, he began to say a lot of rudeness to discriminate us, he went outside screaming in the end we better get out of there, and they didn't give us back the money, I don't understand what that gentleman is doing, attending
