Incorrect order missing an item. Egg Mcmuffin had either old bread or some aftermarket store style bun than was not to Mcdonald's quality. Everything seemed slightly undercooked, not crisp and hot as usual for Mcdonald's. Terribly slow front counter assistance, almost non existent as the few workers focused on drive through. Bathrooms needed to be cleaned, very slippery floors. Self check out machine did not provide a receipt so we could rate the location and no one seemed to want to help fix it. Dining area and bathroom look updated and overall neat, except the bathroom floors. We dined in and in the 20 minutes there we never saw a shift supercisor or manager, we just heard workers around the corner on the drive through.

Advertised to be open at 5am - I go through at 8am and the lobby is closed, no one responded to any cars waiting in the drive through for several minutes either. Many cars gave up and drove away.

I made a mobile order last night(12/21/24) that consisted of a 6pc nugget happy meal with an extra small sprite and a free (app reward) lg caramel frappe. When I pulled up to the speaker I was told that they were short staffed and not taking orders at that time. I explained that I had already paid through the app (they have the ability to turn off mobile ordering) and was told that I could come back in an hour or so and then they would do my order. There were 3 cars in the drive thru lane to get food. I just went to the one in Calera instead. I’ve never had a good experience at this location. The staff are always extremely rude and will even cut you off mid order. I will not be going to this location again.
Nothing about going here is enjoyable or worthwhile. Terrible service with terrible attitude. Didn’t even know they were open I said hello no response I said my order no response until 10 minutes later. If you hate your job go somewhere else. If you are understaffed don’t take it out on customers. What a terrible group.

The Big Mac was one of the best I've had in a very long time, seriously! Hot and plentiful sauce! Fries were great, although I miss the original oil the fries were cooked in back in the 70s and 80s until they decided to go healthier. Overall everything was great!!

If I could give this McDonald’s a 0 star review I would. This place has terrible customer service, the line is always around the building but the side where they take your money and give you food is always empty with like one car at one of the windows while there is a line to the street on the other side. I really hope they get a new manager or something because this is ridiculous and no other McDonald’s does this.

Place has gone downhill over the past year. Slow to take orders. Drive thru lines a long. And the food comes out looking like a K5 student with a blindfold on assembled the sandwich.
