I made a mobile order last night(12/21/24) that consisted of a 6pc nugget happy meal with an extra small sprite and a free (app reward) lg caramel frappe. When I pulled up to the speaker I was told that they were short staffed and not taking orders at that time. I explained that I had already paid through the app (they have the ability to turn off mobile ordering) and was told that I could come back in an hour or so and then they would do my order. There were 3 cars in the drive thru lane to get food. I just went to the one in Calera instead. I’ve never had a good experience at this location. The staff are always extremely rude and will even cut you off mid order. I will not be going to this location again.

Nothing about going here is enjoyable or worthwhile. Terrible service with terrible attitude. Didn’t even know they were open I said hello no response I said my order no response until 10 minutes later. If you hate your job go somewhere else. If you are understaffed don’t take it out on customers. What a terrible group.

The Big Mac was one of the best I've had in a very long time, seriously! Hot and plentiful sauce! Fries were great, although I miss the original oil the fries were cooked in back in the 70s and 80s until they decided to go healthier. Overall everything was great!!

If I could give this McDonald’s a 0 star review I would. This place has terrible customer service, the line is always around the building but the side where they take your money and give you food is always empty with like one car at one of the windows while there is a line to the street on the other side. I really hope they get a new manager or something because this is ridiculous and no other McDonald’s does this.

Place has gone downhill over the past year. Slow to take orders. Drive thru lines a long. And the food comes out looking like a K5 student with a blindfold on assembled the sandwich.

This was hands down the WORST McDonalds I have EVER been to!!! All of the trash cans were overflowing. Redflag #1. There were TWO people in the restaurant and maybe 1 car in the drive through. We waited 45 MINUTES for our food! We would've requested a refund and left but at the speed that people were doing things it would've taken longer to do that! We did get a refund after we got our food. The workers were complaining the entire time about how stressed out they were....with THREE people in the lobby. We got our food and then had to still wait for an ice water and a small coke!! One couple that was waiting when we ordered on the kiosk was told they were out of ketchup. W did get jetchup, it was in the back, people just dodnt want to go get it. Workers were going outside and to the bathroom and doing everything they could possibly do to NOT get orders done. It was absolutely ridiculous. Be warned!!!!!! We ordered nuggets, fries and a McDouble...... My 8 year old said she could've watched a YouTube video and gone and fixed our nuggets faster than we got them. She was also given some old Happy Meal toy from ages ago. I don't think I've ever experienced such a ridiculous situation at a restaurant. One workers said they put in their 2 week notice and wouldn't be coming back. .....never have I ever....

This is the worst location in America. First they were slower than Santa Clause while waiting on Christmas a DoorDasher came in to get an order he also waited for 30 minutes or more The whole time complaining about how long this location takes when he comes to get the food for deliveries They literally got nothing right on our order. The mcdoubles we ordered 4 and got 2 they both had no ketchup.we asked for 1 McChicken out of the four to be plain we got 3 plain and one with mayonnaise and lettuce. The "basket" of fries that cost a dollar more than a large came in a large fry box. " That's just how they got us doing it" The happy meals were wrong too... I think the guy at the counter was high he was unable to respond only stare into space not to mention his young coworker with the fro smelled like weed too. If I could go ve negative stars I would.
