I ordered online but I was in the store. Everyone was very respectful to the workers. The first thing I noticed when I stepped in was that there was a large crowd. I had to use the bathroom and so when I walked in the toilets were disgusting. When I came out and was taking the orders of my friends the woman taking orders was so disrespectful and rude to everyone. She was yelling and had such an attitude and blamed it on the store being understaffed. There's no excuse to be rude to paying customers who are entering your business. The environment was harsh and hostile and if I were to ever come by Alabaster again this would be one of the last places that I would come to for food. They were out of everything, it was dirty, and the workers were just rude.

Everything about this McDonald’s is awful customer service is ridiculous ordering is pitiful people pulling off because they can’t place an order the only person that helped me and fixed my food was a guy name Otis I asked him what his name was and thanked him for helping me because it was a disaster I will not be revisiting.

the guy who took our order in the drive through was so freaking rude. I was amazed. “Hey what do you want” I replied “I have a code!” (i was using the app) “Well I sure hope it’s not a frappe or a mcflurry” “excuse me?” “What I just said”WHAT? Talked to me like I was a stupid child or something. He was white with brown hair. so extremely rude.

Waited in the drive thru for over 40 minutes to try to pick up a mobile order at the speaker and had to leave without being able to speak to anyone. Was stuck because I couldn't leave my car to go inside to cancel the order or cancel from the app. Drive thru process here is horrendous, employees generally fine whenever I'm here

If I could give this place a 0 I would. I go out of my way to avoid this McDonald's. You gonna wait forever just to order your food. The worst is when my app overrides my wishes for going to a different location and I have to go here to pick up.

Can people do what there supposed to do, walked in the mcdonalds orders a mcflurry 5 dollars from the keyosk and didn't get the mcflurry ice cream machines were down, waited over 2 minutes for the manager and she said I would have to come tomorrow to receive a refund should the manager manage the money in the fricken store, the only good thing is they gave me a mcfrappe but comeon McDonalds don't have the shamrock shake on the kiosk. if y'all don't make it and certainly don't have ice cream on there if your machine is broken half the time

Everything about this place is just horrible from the food not being cooked right , items missing in orders, dont get me started on the managers they dont even know how to manage, thats why employees seem to look like they are over worked and others like they dont work at all. I always order through the mobile app and pick up through drive thru, the wait times are insane luckily i always go when i have nothing else to do or get to. But horrible guys somethings gotta give i know its just a fast food place not that big of a deal but for real quality, quantity, cleanliness is a 0/10 for me sorry guys

Horrible service let me explain WHY… 1. I orders Big Mac combo with fruit punch and 2 McDonald’s mcchicken bundles, she ignores my order rings me up say drive around. I look at screen blow horn and tell her she didn’t add the 2 mcchicken bundles which I repeat again. Paids for it at 1st window pull up the guy repeats my order Bug Mac combo and 2 McDouble bundles I say no 2 Mac Chicken she starts to argue saying you said 2 McDoubles I said NO I said 2 mcchickens which is what on the tickets. That female don’t need to be working there. Clearly she can’t read or can’t hear. She also tells me they don’t serve fruit punch.

The only redeeming thing about this McDonalds is that their dining room was clean. That’s probably because only one couple was dining in. The order kiosks did not work. We stood at the counter for five minutes waiting on a cashier. We ordered three caramel sundaes which were cups of vanilla ice cream with a teaspoon of caramel on the top. The guy mopping the floors literally dumped the dirty mop water right at the entrance door. The two bathroom stalls were disgusting.
