DO NOT EAT HERE.! I door dashed food on 10/26/2025 from this location 1103 1st St N, Alabaster, AL.! Not only did they get my order wrong they gave me uncooked meat and chx tenders that were not even breaded.! I currently do not have a vehicle and cannot get my money back from door dash because every time I try to report the food it doesn’t allow me too.! Door dash is not responsible for the inconvenience or nasty food that was prepared by nasty, sorry, workers.! I will not be eating at any Milos location again in my life I spent 20 bucks on a meal and could not even eat it.!

The food was pretty good, not the golden years quality for sure. Inside this location, there is no where to sit - so beware of that. Most the staff was accommodating and seemed to be hard at work. Some can make you feel like your a nuisance while others are very kind. Be sure you taste your drink and check your order before leaving. Drinks can be lacking carbonation often.

Food was good and fresh. The ordering process was an issue. Maybe the microphone didn’t work well. The order was incorrect at the window but they did correct it mostly. Prices are reasonable.

We went through the drive-thru. The lady that works to drive through was so nice. Our food didn't take long at all and it was hot and fresh. The fries were seasoned we had sauces. It's the best Milo's ever.

I just left there getting lunch and had to throw my meal out. I bit into the chicken and it tasted like rubber once I looked at it I noticed it’s pink and slimy in the middle!!! This was my only meal today so if I end up sick I know why, thanks for the undercooked food Milos.
I like the food. The issue they must address is the price. They’ve hiked their prices well beyond what’s reasonable, even when factoring in inflation. After tax, a basic combo is over $12. Just can’t justify that.

What can I say? It's Milo's. This one, in particular, is fast and efficient and gets the order correct. They're friendly and remember the sauces. It's one of the best ones in our area. If there is one thing I'd gripe about, it's how expensive in general Milo's has become.
