Staff is super friendly. I’ve been to the downtown and Hoover location and by far this is the best one in terms of food quality and service. Placed an online order and showed up super early because we thought they were closing soon— the manager gave us a free egg roll. One of the staff members even brought out our food to the car while we waited, which was incredibly nice of her since I’m 8 months pregnant!!
Food was subpar, but the service from Meghan was THE BEST! She went above and beyond to make sure my 25 sauces where in the bag. I know that seems like a lot, but I like my sauce, and Meghan understood this. I deeply appreciate it. Alania Givens clearly does not know what she is talking about.
Been visiting here on and off for a few years now, back when it was renovated we really liked how modern it looked. Nice and airy, nice cushy seats too. Food then was typical of Panda Express which is a good thing. Never had white rice that was undercooked. On our recent visit, the food tasted really good. They must have gotten a new cook or a recipe changed. Restrooms are clean too.
