I’ve been to this location twice in the last few weeks. The first time, the employees were very introverted and didn’t say much at all and were not very welcoming. The second time, the guy was very nice and welcoming. The food was really good both times. However, the location does not seem to be the cleanest.

I’m still not impressed. My first experience wasn’t great and this second try was worse. The food was overpriced and very bland. I had the cranberry walnut chicken salad and my mom had the green goddess salad with chicken. The chicken in her salad was terrible; over processed and tasteless. My chicken salad didn’t have much taste either. The cashier rang my order up wrong and although they didn’t make me stand in the very long line to reorder, I waited for 15 minutes to get my second order. I am disappointed that I have to give such a terrible review for such a popular place, but I’m being honest. I always am. Unfortunately, I am not willing to give them a third chance.

I can’t pretend the food is not delicious, but I feel like I might get for poisoning every time I come. Look at these pictures of mold on the drink container storage for the specialty drinks. Yikes. The store in general is just dirty.
The employees however are very nice and good people. But please clean this place.

Went for sesame bagels at 7:15am and was told “sorry, we don’t have any” how do you run out of sesame bagels 10 mins after opening. It’s always like this, usually the answer is they sell out quick. So wouldn’t you make extra.

Phenomenal service. Excellent speed. They had to remake an order and had no issue with doing so. Love that energy, Jordan and Noble were awesome!
I can't recommend this Panera. I go every Tuesday morning. Their bagels have become dinner rolls essentially. Very small, taller and not what a bagel should be. Especially for the price. The workers are friendly but turnover is high. They literally run the a/c in the winter so it may be around 50degrees in the mornings.

I ordered Rapid pick up. Three of my four items were burnt and crumbly. I didn't realize this until I got to work, so I couldn't go back. I also was not greeted by the lady in the front, who was walking right towards me as I entered. Not a welcoming environment at all. Very disappointed, as this is not common for Panera.

I would give a zero if I could. The restaurant was nasty. Food and trash on the floors. Trash cans were crusted with food. Ran out of every thing.
