It was the dirtiest Panera Bread I've ever visited. The front area was fine, but if I had known the condition of the rest of the place, I wouldn't have eaten there. When looking for a table the floors were strewn with crumbs, etc. I thought maybe it had simply been too busy for the employees to clean the dining area. However, after eating, I visited the ladies room. It was nasty!!! š¤®. The sign that stated that the bathroom was sanitized frequently was just absurd!!! I just hope the kitchen area was clean. Food poisoning is no joke. If I had visited the restroom first, there's no way I would have eaten there. Gross!!! š¤¢

PANERA HAS WON THE DRINK GAME, I have tyne Sip Rewards and I pay $14 a month and I can come in anytime of day or night and get a much Coffee, Soda,Juice and lemonade as I want. I get my coffee every morning and if I'm just out and about I'll go through a Panera Drive through and get a drink and I just give them my phone number and I drive off with my beverage......... It's a great time to be alive!

It is the smallest thing but why is the knife never included in my breakfast order even though they use the receipt as a checklist. What are you even checking off? And why offer an option for utensils if you won't ever include them
I ordered a Caesar salad. The cashier failed to let me know that they were out of cheese for the Caesar salad so I paid eight dollars for lettuce and croutons. This information shouldāve been divulged when you place an order.

Iāve been to this location twice in the last few weeks. The first time, the employees were very introverted and didnāt say much at all and were not very welcoming. The second time, the guy was very nice and welcoming. The food was really good both times. However, the location does not seem to be the cleanest.
