Call to ask if I could get an order of bacon and pepperoni cheese sticks. Was informed they had bacon cheese sticks but they could not add pepperoni for a nap charge. I informed them I worked there for many years and that we used to make them all the time it's an easy navigation in the system. They hung up crap service

Terrible customer service. We spent $50 on pizza that was cold & the order was completely wrong. One manager said they would remake our order at no charge (when we requested) that manager has resigned & the new manager wonât honor that agreement. There are many other places in Alabaster to order pizza from but we have always enjoyed Papa Johnâs. Guess weâll have to reconsider.

First and last time to send my $$ on uncooked pizza. Missing tops and lack of toppings. Not sure what was wrong with the crust but had a weird flavor to it. Couldn't eat it.

The store manager at this location (Steven or Stephen) has a nasty and dismissive attitude! Our federal organization called to order 50 pizzas for an upcoming event and just wanted to know how much it would cost so that we could send a cashierâs check along with a very nice tip to staff. He became very upset and said we should not be calling his store and that heâs sketchy about the order. He rambled on and on about how we should not call his store and told us to call the area manager, Jessica. I asked him for her number and he hung up us. We will never ever do business this location thanks to your store manager.

Had the worst experience at this establishment. The manager (Steven) was the rudest person I had the displeasure of interacting with. My order was cold & when I went in to resolve the issue he threatened me & then proceeded to call the police. By far the most nerve-wracking experience I ever had. PLEASE BE CAREFUL HERE.

I order pizza from here about once a month. I order my pizza with light sauce and we'll done. Tonight for the 100th time guess what? Regular sauce and regular bake. I mean I am used to it at this point but it's not like I go out of my way to make these changes, they are actually options I select on the app. I really hate to complain but Itip good before receiving my order on a carry out order only to see that once again it's not the way I ordered. I called once to complain a few years back and they said the would do better. Doubtful!!

Friendliest Papa John's I've ever visited. They treat you like family. Delicious fresh pizza with a smile. The stuffed crust pizza and the cheese sticks are my personal favorite.
Barely any sauce on the pizza, just bread and cheese. Would recommend asking for more sauce if you donât want that. Service was fine and the rest of the pizza was ok.

I ordered the extra large New York style pizza. It was the special. It didnât note it came with cheese only and that pepperoni was extra. Look at all those circles on it. Areas without cheese! This pizza wasnât good! Service at Alabaster, AL was horrible. When I called I was told pepperoni was extra. They didnât sayâŠsorry for the confusion. Just flat out toppings are extra. It says it comes with one topping. Iâm sorry, a base pizza includes cheese.Otherwise, itâs just flatbread. Apparently, the cheese was the one topping. The picture online showed pepperoni on it. It should be a picture of just a cheese pizza then!! Also, Iâm so tired of people wanting a tip for doing their job. We picked this up! You donât get a tip for handing the pizza to my husband!

Driver dropped pizza and drink 10 houses down from my house then when i stood in the road waving him down he drives right past me i try to call the store and no answer for the first 2 trys
