I’ve worked at the hospital for five years and have used this Pizza Hut so many times! These guys are always on point! They know my name!!! They greet me with a smile every time I walk in. My order has been messed up ONCE in the many times I’ve ordered (countless times); When I came back and told them about it, they made it right (I wasn’t expecting that at all). Definitely my favorite Pizza Hut and I live in Tuscaloosa!!! I’d give them ten stars if I could. :D

Called and had a great experience. Spoke with a young guy named Austin who really did his best to help me out, even though I was being a bit indecisive with my order. He was patient, attentive, and just genuinely nice, the kind of customer service you hope for but don’t always get these days.

Take out or delivery type Pizza Hut. Does not have a true dine in area. Pizza is what you are used to from Pizza Hut. I will say it’s better to pick-up/take out instead of getting delivered because the delivered order is not always correct, and when you pick-up/carry out at least you can check to make sure the order is correct. This particular curtesy is too much to ask for the delivery service.
So I call Pizza Hut and this lady spits some bars fast af… then before I can say can you rest that she says “hello” and hangs up all within seconds. Pizza Hut if you hire people who don’t want to do their jobs you’re only gonna get more bad reviews. She definitely sounded rude and like she wanted to quit her job

Come from Pelham to eat here. Love Pizza hut, so it is worth it to travel. Came tonight and they made the wrong pizza. As they were giving it to me, they checked it and found it was missing a topping. Front of house made it again, in 6 minutes, gave me the incorrect pizza, and a drink that I was about to purchase for my inconvenience. Wow! She fixed the issues, made it right immediately. Love this place. Good pizza.
