Made an order online for delivery. Once I received it, realized it wasn't what I order and called the location in Alabaster AL. Talked to a representative and they basically said I made an error and didn't want to rectify it no apology. So lesson learned, never order from here online nor recommend this location to anyone

I’ve worked at the hospital for five years and have used this Pizza Hut so many times! These guys are always on point! They know my name!!! They greet me with a smile every time I walk in. My order has been messed up ONCE in the many times I’ve ordered (countless times); When I came back and told them about it, they made it right (I wasn’t expecting that at all). Definitely my favorite Pizza Hut and I live in Tuscaloosa!!! I’d give them ten stars if I could. :D

I used to love this place because a young girl here was so courteous. Then I encountered the owner who made me stand and wait while he made 3 pizzas even though mine were ready. Figures.

One of the few locations that understands deep dish Pizza Hut is supposed to be loaded with cheese! Dude up front is way nice 2.

Called and had a great experience. Spoke with a young guy named Austin who really did his best to help me out, even though I was being a bit indecisive with my order. He was patient, attentive, and just genuinely nice, the kind of customer service you hope for but don’t always get these days.

Take out or delivery type Pizza Hut. Does not have a true dine in area. Pizza is what you are used to from Pizza Hut. I will say it’s better to pick-up/take out instead of getting delivered because the delivered order is not always correct, and when you pick-up/carry out at least you can check to make sure the order is correct. This particular curtesy is too much to ask for the delivery service.
