Snow biz is the superior shaved ice. Melt in your mouth, light, full of flavor. If the owner, the gentleman wearing glasses makes yours then that's exactly what you get. However there are multiple kids hes hired, (and good for him doing so) and it's a dice shoot on what product you get. Last one tasted like sonics ice with a pack of sugar on top. Just the same, its a fine establishment and worth trying, but I think its kids training kids and some coaching needs to be done.
Clean bathroom very clean super clean. Little pricy for what you’re getting. I used to go to the one near Publix at Southgate village and since this one has an entire building now they have a lot more to pay. Staff was pretty nice. Edit giving 5 stars now because they put lots of syrup this is so good that I had to come back and change it.

The owner at this location is the nicest, most accommodating, and professional gentleman. He treated our family with kindness as we walked up to the for just after close of business for the day. Not only served us after hours but did so with a smile and good conversation.The service itself is worth all 5 stars, not to mention how delicious the product is, deserving 5 stars as well.
