I went through the drive-up tonight, I was having a horrible day and wanted my regular pep hot chocolate when I met Ariana at the drive up, she was the kindest and sweetest soul and made my me and my mothers night. ( and makes the BEST pep hot coco) so if you see her tell her thank you and sheās doing an AMAZING JOB! Ps sheās a blonde with amazing hair!!

Waited 10 plus minutes for them to bag up my drink that was made 15 minutes ago, the lady said sheāll have it done but proceeded to spend 10 minutes doing other things when I was infront of her face.

First time ever worse experience. I was very nice to the barista about my chai . I told her it didnāt task like it usually does . When the cashier ask her to remake it she got very upset. I can always appreciate the nice comments they put on the cups I know itās not requirement maybe but out of rudeness and pure distaste she wrote two shots very big on my cup . I come into this Starbucks specifically every morning I love the customer service and friendly atmosphere. Today was the worse visit ever Iām not sure of her name but today is 10/9 morning shift . I can name just about every barista that works at this establishment Iām a regular but today everyone was newer except drive thru cashier

The one thing I enjoy most about visiting this Starbucks is the top tier customer service I receive. My order is always correct (a venti white chocolate mocha with 8 pumps of white mocha, stirred with a stopper), and the team consistently delivers with excellence.
Iām loyal to Starbucks because the service is consistently amazing no matter where I go, whether itās a different city or stateābut the Alabaster store #13210 is truly my favorite. Thatās my store, my āhome.ā When I walk in, I feel like family. Many of the employees even know me by name.
I especially want to recognize LEIZA!! She has been at this store for years, and her personality and customer service have never changed. She is always kind, professional, and genuine. She is truly an asset to Starbucks in Alabaster, and she makes my dayāeven on my worst days.

He asked about her coffee taste and said that the drink would be a sweet type, he offered options to make it more fitting for her. She loved it. Placed mobile order, 2 coffees, 5 minutes before getting to store, only one in drive thru line, told to come inside to get it. Whats the difference in ordering when I get there? Ridiculous to have to come inside, and when I asked about it she was rude and acted like its my fault for not ordering sooner.

One iof the baristaās reprimanded me for not giving them enough time after placing an order before coming to the store to pick it up. I was 3 to 4 minutes away when I ordered two coffees and a snack. I did not provoke their criticism of my timing.
