Worst Starbucks location I’ve ever visited. I ordered on the app and sat at the speaker for 3-4 minutes waiting for them to come back so I could tell them “mobile order”. Our daughter was in the car in front of us & wanted to pay for the order behind her which should’ve been my order. The idiot working the drive thru didn’t bother to tell her I paid thru my app & charged her for multiple drinks in the car behind us. Common sense would’ve said “they paid with the app” but she couldn’t figure that out so she charged her for more drinks. We waited 20 minutes for 2 cranberry bliss bars. I asked her about my daughter paying for us and she said oh no you already paid so I just took her money for the car behind you since you already paid. I asked if she told our daughter and she said no because yours was already paid & theirs wasn’t. DUH but you should’ve told her and then let her decide if she wanted to pay for anything, not just assume she wanted to pay for $20+ thinking she was paying for her parents. She really shouldn’t be handling money at the drive thru. There were 4 or 5 works standing around, manager was complaining about the drive thru and acting very unprofessional while multiple cars were sitting. HORRIBLE location! If you live SB go to the one on HWY 119 they know how to run a store and are super friendly there.

I recently visited my local Starbucks and had a mixed experience. The atmosphere was undeniably great; the cozy seating, ambient music, and inviting decor made for a pleasant environment to relax or get some work done. However, the service left much to be desired.
Despite the café not being busy during my visit, I noticed that many tables were not properly cleaned, which detracted from the overall experience. Additionally, I was disappointed to find that the condiments were not provided at the condiment station, making it a bit inconvenient for customizing my drink.
Given the usual high standards associated with Starbucks, I expected a cleaner space and attentive service, even during quieter times. I hope my next visit will reflect the quality that Starbucks is known for!

Not enough cream in ice brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso. Bathrooms needed some attention.
Employees are always pleasant, kind, helpful, and welcoming, no matter how busy they are!

Sunday, August 25, 2024. 9:30 AM central time. I went to the store. There are eight cars in line at the drive-through. I parked, went up to the door. All the doors are locked looked at as side not a person inside didn’t seem to be any employee cars parked anywhere no sign on the doors no sign on the drive-through say that the store would not be open today or explain what was going on. This has happened numerous times in the past year. I often want to do a mobile order and I get a message saying that this store is not accepting mobile orders. I have been by several times when the drive-through was open but they dining inside area was closed. Is this store going out of business. Does this store not have a responsible owner. Why is this store having so many problems. The other Alabaster does it seem to ever experience any of those top problems.

Walked into my local starbucks with my miniature dachshund (service animal) & friend - We were not greeted but rather immediately interrogated about whether my dog was actually a service animal or not. We had coupons & giftcards so we chose to come inside as to not inconvenience or hold up their drivethru, not to mention it was 90 degrees outside, so of course I did not want to leave my dog in the car. Not a single employee smiled, greeted us, or said a single friendly word to us our entire wait. When our drinks came out, the girl slid them at us without saying a word instead of handing them to us. No thank you or have a good day or even a sliver of kindness. Poor customer service, rude employees & the drinks were not even worth it. Also loved how everyone looked at my little dog like she was some sort of pest when she was literally quiet and waiting in my arms the entire time. Will not return to this starbucks, but instead go to the friendly starbucks off kent dairy

I picked up a mobile order this morning for my wife, a dark roast coffee and a iced coffee… the “dark roast” was watered down brown milk, it almost had no coffee taste at all. It was so bad I couldn’t drink it, my wife’s iced coffee had a blueberry flavor, not like syrup added to the coffee but like the lid had blueberry syrup spilled on it and wiped off… the people in the window were sweet as can be, and the service was great… the reason I was there, coffee… was tragically a terrible experience.
I did however make it home and brew my own dark roast via French press and use my Starbucks as creamer to some satisfaction.

Since I really don't like coffee and was stopping by for a friend. It wasn't bad, had a ham and Swiss and some vanilla cold drink.
We ate inside, nice enough place. Staff was busy but polite. Only 2nd time I have been in a Starbucks.

This Starbucks location stands out among the three I pass on my way to work. I prefer stopping here because of the exceptional friendliness, consistency, and atmosphere provided by James and the Alabaster team.
