This will probably be the last time I stop at this location. Seems like every time I order the exact same thing (caramel ribbon crunch frapp) it tastes different. Out of 10 or more times stopping here, I have only gotten 1 that was made the way it is supposed to be made. I will just stop at the one inside Target thats in the same shopping center from now on. They have always made it exactly how its supposed to be made. It was just convenient to drive thru at this location but it is so not worth it!!

Standard coffee fare. Drinks are always good quality. Continually disappointed by this location randomly closing earlier than stated hours of operation. It makes us skip this location if we plan to visit within an hour and a half before close. They may be open. Maybe not.

I was travelling from Northern Alabama to Florida on I65. I asked for a Starbucks from Siri, and landed at a Target. Convenient but when I got into the Truck and took a drink it was warm water, not hot and not the typical taste experience I have at Starbucks. Ironically as I pulled out I saw a Free standing Starbucks. Where I should have gone in the first place. And to make things worse later in Montgomery I stopped again in Eastchase Shopping area at another Target. Thought what are the chances I'd experience the same thing. I did, now I've got a stable idea I can get a good Americano, but must only go into a Free standing Starbucks. When we were allowed to add our own honey and cream we'd know it right away. Clarify with Siri too!

Went Sunday night again and was really glad the same amazing girl from last time was working again! The iced coffee made by her tastes so good! She even remembered my order. ? Just the right amount of everything too!

We went to target to pick up a prescription and stopped for a quick coffee. A little before noon on 1/6/23. Emily truly went above and beyond to make sure I had a perfect hand crafted beverage. She was delightful, and a joy to be around. She is an asset to your store, Target, and Starbucks Corporate.

I came in for a Starbucks run after a long day of errands. It was nasty out and the drive thru Starbucks was closed. I'm so used to using the Starbucks App that I came in with only my phone, no wallet, no cash, expecting to pay with my app. I order and the employees are nice enough but they drop a bombshell on me: they don't accept payment via the app! It's pouring outside. I don't have an umbrella. I KNOW I have paid via app at this Starbucks before! I know I have! They swore they have never taken payment via the app. They were going to make me go back in the storm to get my wallet! Thank goodness a woman asked if they took the Target app. That, they took, and I was able to avoid getting wet three times instead of two. Unfortunately, I still missed out on my rewards points for those drinks. The drinks, a venti white chocolate raspberry Frappuccino, and a venti Peppermint Raspberry Java Chip Frappuccino, were pretty good. They were a little watery but good overall. The place was nice and clean. If you come here be sure you have some other way of paying than the Starbucks App.
