Absolutely horrible service. I came 10 minutes after my pickup order was supposed to be ready and they literally ignored me for 5 minutes while I had a child on my hips. Then, they hadn't even started on my order. The guy definitely didn't apologize to me, just stared at me with his mouth open. I asked him how long it would be and he said after he finishes the line of 10 people. I left bc i was so shocked at the lack of care or customer service skills, but this location is always notorious for that, so i thought id give it another try. I PAID for my food and never received it.

Some Days The Sandwiches Don't Taste As Good As Others!!!!! Have seen flies around the meat and cheese!!!! Don't go as often as I use Too!!!!

Apparently there are some new rules at subway. They refused to make a kids pepperoni for our 2 kids. We are regulars there and have always gotten the same sandwiches the kids won't eat anything else. I mean is a slice of pepperoni and sauce that big of a deal. Apparently. Won't be going back. 3 cheers for a kid friendly restaurant!! Its a good thing there isn't very many kids or parents in Alabaster.
