Came for a girl's day out with my kids who wanted to eat here. Tell me why the machine had no ice for drinks, not even one of the soft drinks in the dispensers had carbonation ( some were just a slow pour of straight syrup, some were flat, tasteless and old), and yes... That's an eyelash on my kids fries that she didn't see until half way through them. Now I know we probably consume human hair and other unspeakable things in our food when we eat out, and accidents happen. I don't like to complain or make a scene either, so I decided a review would be better than saying nothing at all. One of the ladies behind the counter got us ice when I addressed the issue of it being empty but no one ever came out to put in ice for the other 10 people that came in to dine after us. Another thing I noticed was the meat tastes different than usual. When we do eat Taco Bell we usually go to the hwy119 location which we've never had trouble with. But maybe it was me. I couldn't finish my lunch and though my daughter didn't say anything about the taste, she too couldn't even eat half of hers.

Juan the manager is absolutely unprofessional! I was told I would have to come inside if I wanted certain menu items because they didn’t want to run up their drive thru time if I didn’t come inside I would have to accept food that’s was cooked a hour ago! He didn’t understand the inconvenience and his exact words was “so do you want to buy it or not and we don’t need your order you don’t have to purchase” I will never come here again! All the staff was rude and nasty!!!

the employees poured out the chips from the 2 chips and cheeses we ordered. every single time we come here they are poured out. i am not sure why this location specifically has a training issue, seems like it could use a corporate visit

No soap in the bathrooms, employees were no where to be found. Food prep area was messy. Save your stomach the trouble. We left before getting the drizzlins.

Very good crunchy tacos. The shells were fresh, and the taco had plenty of meat and lettuce and cheese. Best TB taco I’ve had in a while.

I’ve never had a bad experience at this Taco Bell location. Even when they are super busy. Also Lacey that works there is so nice and has wonderful customer service.

They never get the food right?The wait time is entirely too long.30 minutes in the entire draft, they're wasting my lunch for 3 tacos that I did not get to eat plus they do not respond back when you have complaints and also tonight.I ordered a craving box from them when I got there.After I had already paid, I was informed that half.The ingredients were missing out of the store and they were apologized.But here's my food with no offer of a discount or no offer a rectifying any kind of situation with the missing items but I still paid full price
My daughters and I went to Taco Bell in Alabaster tonight. The guy was VERY unwelcoming! As in he didn’t even say a word to us! He also gave my children food that was frozen on the inside!

Yeah this place is ass. Just keep going to the promenade one. None of the soft tacos had tomatoes. The crispy cantina tacos deadass had one piece of meat on each and they forgot the cheesy roll up. Asked for a refund and they didn’t even do the full amount. Be fr it’s Taco Bell not that difficult

This was the worst Taco Bell food I've ever had! I've eaten at TB's for more than 40 years and I've never been served food this bad. I came through the drive through a little after 1am this morning and ordered a Gordita Crunch and Nacho Belgrade. Both were cold, very little meat, the cheese wasn't even melted, the nacho cheese wasn't even melted. There were two people working and they must have had something better to do than make my food. Pitiful!

The employees at the Calera Taco Bell are top notch! Always super friendly & always ho above & beyond to ensure your order is correct, made well & that you have everything you need! It's actually quite a refreshing experience to go there. I don't know what they're doing there, but whatever it is, ALL fast food restaurants should be doing exactly what they are!
