Went through the drive-thru. My order was $5.58I gave him $20.58 he got confused and gave me back $5.00He couldn't figure it out and asked me how much he owes me. I had to tell him how much 15.00Here's my receipt.

I hate this taco bell. Every time we go here they get our order wrong ?. Today I wanted a bean Brurrito with . no onions. But they put onions in my burrito!!!! DO NOT GO HERE. IT IS A DUMP!!!! Go to the Helena taco bell. It is better. STAY AWAY FROM THE ALABASTER TACO BELL. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED ⚠️!!!!! IT IS A RIP OFF!!!!

Just had the sorriest excuse for a taco ever. No lettuce and only the top 1/4 of the shell had anything in it. You could see thru the bottom 3/4 of the shell. HORRIBLE!!!

That’s pitiful that you go to the store , order 5 taco supremes and 3 out of 5 are broken. This is the least broken of the 3. The others all the way across. No wonder they have 3 stars. No one cares.

This is one of the classiest and most professional Taco Bell’s out there people. Make sure you stop in. Great visit. Food was served promptly and with care. Our items were neatly constructed with warm and high quality ingredients. Out of our group of 5, only one burrito was missing its creamy jalapeño sauce. Other than that, they pitched a perfect game with the rest of the items. Very clean restaurant which includes the bathrooms. It feels like they keep the thermostat in the low 60s, so make sure you’re prepared for the chilliness of the dining area. This store should be the benchmark for all other Taco Bell’s to grade themselves. Keep it up Alabaster TB.
