Some of the most bold tacos in the area, like a punch in the mouth of flavor. I like to eat them with a generous amount of salt. Our favorites are the Chorizo and Pastor, but the Asada, Carnitas, Camaron, Tripa (crispy intestines), and Suadero (tender beef breast) were good too. The tacos were super juicy, I didn't even have to drink any water with my meal they were so juicy. Love it. The tacos are medium to large size. Two is generally enough for me, but if you are really hungry you may want more. ;-)
They are served with large sauteed? sweet onions in addition to the raw diced onions, which adds a nice depth of flavor. They also come with some large peppers that I could not identify the variety. They were green, had a stringy inside, and long, similar to shishito peppers, but they were much spicier. I really liked them. You can also buy a small container of Pick de Gallo, which is very good as a mild substitute for their salsas. Their salsas are pretty warm, but they are not the spiciest around. But don't get me wrong, the salsas had great flavor. The red salsa had a lot of veggies in it with some good depth. It honestly reminded me more of a chip dipping salsa than a taco salsa, but it was still really good on the tacos. The green salsa was tangy and sour, good as well. The yellow salsa is sweet and milder. If I was to offer any constructive criticism, it would be to improve the corn tortillas, I think they could be better, but I know it is tough to make good tortillas when you're operating out of a truck. Overall, these are outstanding tacos for the area, and I'm planning to be coming back here for a long time.

Since moving to Alabaster I have been incredibly disappointed with the Mexican food in the area. I finally figured out I just need to go to the trucks in the area or to Pelham. This is by far my favorite little place to eat by me if I'm craving some tacos.
We always buy tacos Ai, good food but since my wife went one day to buy tacos they behaved very badly with her, they took almost an hour to give her the tacos when she complained and she returned the tacos cold they did not want to return the money so she came home without money and without tacos, they lost several clients because of that and I am going to file a complaint
