A couple of nights ago, I placed an order online for an asiago chicken ranch, chicken nuggets, and a biggie bag. They told us to pull up because they were cooking the chicken. After pulling we waited about 30 minutes to receive our food, and it was missing items. Every time we have been at this location, there’s always something missing. So then I had to walk inside, borrowing a tshirt from my sister because I was in a spaghetti strap pajama set (didn’t think I had to leave my car due to it being g drive thru). I told the worker the items I was missing, a junior cheeseburger with no pickles and 4 count nuggets that come with the biggie bag I had ordered and waited 20 minutes more inside to receive said items. And even after receiving the items, the junior cheeseburger had pickles when I let them know it didn’t have any in person.
I keep going back hoping it won’t be the same thing time and time again, but this honestly was the last straw. It’s annoying when you want something that’s supposed to be fast food, quick and easy, after work and it’s not.

I’m only giving it 5 stars because of the employees trying their best when it’s only 3 of them most of the time. Every time I come they are struggling because of being short staffed. As someone who has worked in fast food I understand them. They don’t deserve to be struggling. Hire more people that will stay and help out. Don’t get mad at the employees when they can’t control being short. They’re humans too.

Drive thru order was incorrect went back to have order correct and Manger still found a way to mess it up. It's a bacon cheese burger no mayo and no ketchup and I guess no bacon either since I didn't get any. With her half apologies

Review is 0 stars. I placed an order & it was stolen. My dasher went to pick it up & it was gone. Female caucasian manager was very rude & said it was nothing she could do & to reach out to DD. DD policy is I could not get a refund since order was in progress. My new dasher Shenetta demanded my order be replaced bc I never received my food. Manager was rude to her & said she was not going to make it again but did eventually make it. I will never order or eat at Alabaster Wendy's again! Very rude to customers & no customer service skills!

They literally never get any order right. I order a bacon and cheese potato, they don’t put on the bacon. I order a burger with no mayo, has tons of mayo. They forget sides like fries. Not a single order for the last year has been correct. I’m just don’t with this chain. They started off good at this location, but absolutely suck now. Horrible order accuracy. I’m not even ordering anything complex.
