This is the absolute SLOWEST Wendy's I've ever been too. If I pull up to the drive-thru and there's more than two cars I will go somewhere else. If there's three or four cars in the drive-thru will take you 30 minutes. This is completely ridiculous, then once you've set through the line staff is not pleasant, not rude necessarily just not nice either. The food is only okay, most of the time the burgers are dry.

About 20 mins for a small and large frosty. No one in line. Frosty machine was in full operation . Just lazy ppl with zero customer service. I did have a pickup order they got wrong as well. My 3 year old really enjoyed the spicy nuggets after we got home (sarcasm)

I recently had a frustrating experience at the drive-thru of a Wendy’s location that I feel compelled to share. My order was simple: three medium Frostys. Upon ordering, the employee informed us it would take a minute to prepare them, and we were fine with that. However, when we reached the window, we were then told it would take 10 minutes, which, though less than ideal, we also agreed to.

To our surprise, within 30 seconds of the employee yelling to her coworker for the Frostys, we had our order in hand. I don’t understand why they initially quoted 10 minutes, only to have it ready almost immediately afterward. It felt like they were avoiding making the order from the start.

Wendy’s should seriously reconsider the staff they have employed at this location. This experience not only made me question the integrity of the service but also left me with a negative impression of the brand overall. If customer service is not addressed, it could lead to a much bigger problem for the business in the future.

Food never fresh. I ordered regular nuggets and got spicy. My fries and nuggets were both cold as usual. Then they couldn’t find my mobile order b/c they’re screen was out.

When I arrived there was only 3 cars in the drive thru. I decided to go inside and I was the Only customer on the inside trying to order food. Took 2 minutes for someone to even acknowledge that I was even there. She told me the girl that’s doing drive thru orders will take my order. There was at least about 5 people in the kitchen. I stood there waiting for at least 7 mins waiting on my order to be taken. 5 cars had already gotten their order and I was still standing there waiting for my order to be taken. By the time car number 6 came up, I just walked out. Poor customer service. I’m assuming the managers wear red shirts, if so; she didn’t even acknowledge my presence.

The drive thru had a 30min wait for 4 cars, I finally got through the line and she left out the burger. I was not going to wait through another 30 minute line so I told an employee in the parking lot and he went inside (it was locked) to tell her. She looked at me, yelled at him, then refused to make the burger that I paid for that she left out. I waited for another 15minutes in the cold and finally gave up and left without my food. We will NEVER go back to this location!

10p and sat at the drive-thru 15 minutes, not one greeting or hold please. Clearly looking at you at the window. Several cars in line behind me and several people tried to go inside but the door was locked. Just quit and do us all a favor. 11/26/2024
