Some of the associates completely ignored you while you stood at the counter waiting to be helped. When the girl that helped me turned around and asked about my online order, they completely ignored her too and left her standing there waiting for acknowledgment.

(I take my grandson to the Alabaster Wendy's for supper every Wed. on the way to soccer dine-in) Sunday, 3/24/24, 10:55 am I waited in line behind 5-6 cars the the grands again after church. When it was my turn for the speaker I sat over 5 min. so I proceeded behind 3-4 cars to the window. The utility truck in front of me seemed to order at the window and got a sack. I drove up and girl said we're short handed today. I said can I give you my order? She said no, you need to get back in line and order at the speaker now. I said no thank you, too much time & gas!!!!! (Yet the city of Alabaster wants to bring new jobs to their 31 project) if Wendy's wanted me to keep supporting them they should have taken my order at the window.

I am so done with this place. I given them chance after chance. Every time you go there it's always the food is cold or your order os wrong or they leave something out. We went tonight all we ordered was two 5. Biggie bags a d a small bowl of chili 16.86 is how much we paid I leave the window and guess what no chili we go back to the window and now there is a guy at the window. We tell him no chili he says she didn't charge for the Chilli I said we came earlier he says I know who yall are. He charges again for the chili. So if he knew who we were he would have known that we already paid for the chili. I paid 16 and some change for 2 double stack biggie bags that are 5.00 a peice. So if he would ha e looked at the ticket the right ticket he would have known that she did charge us for chili. Then again maybe he just could not add. Tax is not 6.00 on 10.00 worth of food! I'm just so fed up with the place.. Home now and the food is terrible. You can't even chew the chicken nuggets they are so dry. Cold hamburger the only thing that is edible was my fry and that's because o got them with no salt. So to the guy that said we did not pay for chili maybe you need to learn a little respect and learn customer service and math while your at it. Totally done I don't spend my money on places that has employees with a bad attitude and has no idea what he is talking about. Other places ate to close to put up wuth this kind of service and this kind of food. People work hard for the money they make. I for one am not wasting any of it here anymore

Husband went through drive through. Lol whole order WRONG NO RECEIPT. PISS POOR . NO ONE WOULD ANSWER PHONE. I know he should have checked order. But for Fs how hard is it to take an order? Will continue with poor reviews. Not first wrong order, will be last.

Food was surprisingly hot and fresh.. but employees are miserable and hate their job. Need some serious customer service training. I mean look at your reviews lol what a waste of prime real estate.I want the regional managers phone number or franchise owners number.

This Wendy's is going down and it's going down fast I can hardly ever get my order right and then some of the people are not that pleasant they have a lot of young people working.

We stopped at this Wendy's when it first opened and it was pretty bad. We decided to give it a second chance. We walked in and the first thing I noticed was it felt like the floor was mopped with Sprite and extra sugar. My wife likes a hamburger with ketchup, mustard, and pickles. No cheese. I ordered mine light mayo and ketchup only, no cheese. Both had double cheese.The fries were barely warm. I went back and asked if we could get some fresh hot fries. The lady put some in the fryer and told the young lady at the fry station to get me two medium orders when they got done cooking. The young lady got them out of the fryer filled the 2 boxes and set them in the holding area. I said excuse me, are those our fries? The original lady got them and as a gentleman I said thank you Ma'am and went back to our table with what should have been fresh hot fries. Unfortunately, the walk to the table must have cooled them off or their fryer just doesn't make hot fries. The burgers by the way were not hot either but somewhat edible. Mine had nearly half a jar of mayo and half a jar of ketchup on them and the same for my wife's burger. Wendy's used to have the Hot and Juicey slogan. They also had the "Where's the beef" commercial. The beef is gone and you can barley see it. The juicey part now is they soak it with the condiments because the meat was dry and tasteless. No part was hot. We could barely eat half of the fries because of they were warm and nasty. We choked our burgers down because we were hungry as hostages. My burger sat on my stomach as much as eating at Shoneys buffet and having 2 plates and a little dessert. My wife's food didn't stay in her stomach and halfway home I had to pull over so she could participate in a personal protein spill. The 2 combo's was $20 and change for Dave's singles. I feel like I should have just took a $20 and flushed it down the toilet. By far the worst Wendy's we've had in our lives and in our almost 43 years together we've had a lot of Wendy's in several different states. We will never ever stop at this location again even if it's the last food place on earth. I'll just stop and eat fresh roadkill.

Great place when it opened, but recently it has been only drive through due to the shortage of workers. I don’t really believe that. I just think it’s laziness and only wanting to focus on the drive thru.The focus at this location IS NOT customer service.

They never give me what I pay for!!!! Workers are too busy flirting with each other while the drive-thru is backed up. You get home and half of your order is missing! Won’t even answer the phone either. TERRIBLE ALL
