Literally the BEST service. On our way to a wedding from Kentucky and the staff were wonderful! Food was also delicious as always but the customer service was beyond.

they messed my ordered up just now even asked me if that’s what i ordered i said no and they still gave me the wrong ordered. only 2 things were right. i didn’t order no breakfast food but they gave me breakfast food.

Usually when you go to fast food places it’s not for the great service, which usually the staff isn’t too friendly here. But I had a great experience with a young man today that was blonde and had piercings, he was very nice, and patient, and didn’t make me feel like a burden just for ordering! So thank you sir! Also the new milkshake is very good!

Kinda quiet in the morning busy it’s peaceful and the people are very much themselves I come here all the time if you happen to be in or around town stop by Quez works nights so it sad you’ll miss such a friendly face zuria, Chelsey are working hard in the back “steady pace but ik my food will be good”

Drive Thru - Ordered with no line. Employees were very nice. It was out first experience. The burgers are huge. Food was hot and fresh. We did wait on food to be made so it was not a fast turnaround but no complaints for Hot Fresh food.
Literally put me on hold at the speaker for over 15 minutes and mind you I had a Togo order. There was only one other person in line.

There's usually no issue with the food here, just the occasional order mishap that can happen at any restaurant; however, the service is lacking. They might as well demolish or wall off the front counter the way it's prioritize. Whether it's picking up a mobile order, placing an order for sit down, or a general need, there's either nobody at the counter for minutes at a time or, worse, you (1) get glances from people in the back with no or much delayed effort to come to the counter or (2) someone walks by you with no acknowledgement.
Wait times are hit and miss. On several instances, my mobile order was not started until after I arrived and stood at the counter for x amount of time waiting for someone.

It’s sad to say but, unfortunately this Whataburger has gone down the toilet when it comes to atmosphere and the service. The cashier by the name Chantelle S has a very horrible attitude and gets your order with a disgusting and lazy attitude. As a customer I don’t expect to be treaded like a king, but a simple form of respect is always a plus. We as customers don’t need to feel like we are a burden when it comes to PAYING FOR FOOD.
