We love this place! The yogurt is delicious every time, and the staff is friendly and polite. Also always clean in there. One of our fave dessert places!

I got the Cheesecake & Red Velvet yogurt…it was as very runny, heavy and not fluffy at all. The cashier said that was it’s normal consistency. I did not enjoy it. My husband got chocolate and it was not runny and very fluffy. ?♀️The cashier however was very pleasant.

Took my granddaughter here tonight for her 14th bday. Says tyey stayed open until 8, got there at 744 & they were closed !!!! ☹️?

My niece was in town for the weekend and wanted to go for a treat, so what better place to take a child for something sweet other than yogurt mountain. This was our first time being at this location and it did not disappoint. The building was spacious with plenty of seats. They also had many more ice cream flavors than the location we normally frequent. Our experience was pleasant and I happily put a smile on my niece's face which made me happy!

I just read all the other reviews and I just wanted to write a review. First and for most I have never really had a problem here. Yes some of the cashiers are a little pushy when you go to check out to get a membership but I feel like that's cooperate pushing them to do that and them having an amount of membership they have to sell. I love having a bookstore near me that I can just go to and seeing a lot of booksamillion's closing down in Alabama makes me sad and I hope it doesn't happen to this one anytime soon. If you are reading the reviews and yes some of them are bad and shouldn't have even happened in the first place but I really encourage you to go anyways and see for yourself before judging it. I'm just a guy who really loves having a bookstore near him and I want it to stay in business

I don't have many complaints there books are amazing and a lot more. I got a book and some slime the book is amazing. But never get the fossil discovery slime doss not stretch not even slime waste of money. And there books are expensive. Could only get one and it was 20$.

Store Manager: Krista Henderson Books A Million, Alabaster March 26, 2022 Accusation of stealing, racial profiling. We visit this location weekly with our daughter while we charge our car. This time we came again and with my father. My husband was paying for the books while me, my father and my daughter left the store and waited out front for him. As we walked out, the machine beeped. One of the staff came out and asked me, "Did you take something?" Me and my father had no bags in our hands, nothing on our persons besides my daughter. The staff could've clearly seen we didn't have or take anything but she still asked me that question. I responded, "No we didn't, my husband is inside paying and we're waiting out here for him." She didn't seem satisfied with my response but she went back in. A few seconds later my husband exits the store after paying and tells me he overheard the staff. He heard the lady checking him out notice the beep when me and my father exited and said to another staff "Oh, I think they took something. That didn't go off when they came in." She turned to the staff at the other counter and asked "You didnt check them out?" The other staff said, "No." Then the lady checking him out said "Oh yea, they definitely took something." When he told me what they had said, I went in to tell the staff that I didn't appreciate their accusations. They denied what they said, and said they apologized if they offended me. And explained they have to check everyone if the machine beeps. I told them I understood being checked due to the beep, but that I don't appreciate being my accused of stealing when I literally was not carrying anything and you could clearly see I had nothing, but to not believe me when I said my husband was inside paying, and go back in and say I definitely took something in front of my husband. My husband went back in and told the manager he definitely heard what they said. The manager then said the staff confessed that they had lied. And she said she will note in the log that the beep wasn't working. I reiterated the the problem was not about the beeping or being checked, but it was the accusation when you clearly saw I had nothing on me. I do not think the manager or staff fully comprehend what they did to me, and in front of a young child. I want to talk to management to make sure that this is adequately addressed. I am in the process of submitting this complaint through various channels.
Lack of flavor variety. Never anyone present . Topping are always old looking or extremely low. Fairly clean two stars for that.

Just walked out of this establishment because 1. Just one cashier 2. She was making the line longer by giving a magazine/BAM card spiel. When I go to a book store I just want to buy what you have on your shelves not to b harassed ..So We left the things we wanted to buy socks, books , etc . You lost a sale and I will b getting my books elsewhere. Sometimes when your cashiers are actually nice and dont give the nonsensical spiel I will buy some things. But if that is the only cashier you got and want to keep I will and have given Walmart/Amazon my business your loss again BAM!!! I will b looking for the items I wanted elsewhere. It's really bad marketing for a business to do this and also for it not to b posted as this would help people make a decision whether they want to b harassed or not

If you're wanting something from this store, simply order online. This location harasses customers to join their membership. If a customer says no, leave them alone. Instead they keep bugging you to get it. People want to shop and be left alone. It's annoying and I won't be going back. Do better.

I really enjoy treating the family to froyo. This place keeps sample cups and gloves right by the cups making everything easy and clean. They have a good selection of yogurt and an even bigger selection of toppings to choose from.
