Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

We stopped at the drive Thur last Friday night. At 9:45, there were 2 cars ahead & 2 cars behind. All of sat still for the 15 mins. The manager walked out of the back door and told me and the 2 cars behind me to go home that they close at 10. None of the 5 cars orders had been taken. I was only going to place a drink order. I realize that they close at 10, but no attempt was made to take any orders. And then to take some cars but not all was rude. All she say is that they get off at 10. I won't be back. She was rude. If they were doing their jobs all of would have been gone before closing. You really should treat your customers better.

Do better and give your dashers the correct drinks for DoorDash orders we’re not messing with your paychecks don’t mess with ours! Do better it’s not that hard I’ve worked fast food! And you gave me a leaking cup after fixing the drinks 😒

I got food poisoning for 3 days, I had really bad body shivers/aches. Don’t come here!

They were rude and rushing at the drive thru and when asked to get traditional wings fried hard they gave me boneless. She repeated what I said at the drive thru and still proceeded to put on my receipt boneless wings.

It’s great I worked at American family care and it’s across the street every time I came in this one girl knew my order. She would confirm that’s what I wanted and I would get my food fast. During the summer super busy.

Huge waste of $51. I ordered four wings and things meals they all came out with barely anything in them. The staff was too lazy to cook enough for four meals that they skimped on all four. I will NOT return to this location ever. There needs to be a Guthrie’s around here. Waste of time and money. Now my family is still hungry.

Even though I came 15 minutes before closing, I was served fresh hot food with great attitudes and manners. The original classic chicken sandwich was delicious. I also tried the new fried cheese bites with strawberry sauce and those were delicious as well. I will definitely be back to this location in the future!

My kids love Zaxby’s. The lady in drive through name SABRINA was very rude. I had a mess up order from Monday June 17 and came back to this location to get my order replaced. I paid over $20 for my order two boneless wing combos cold fries. Grilled chicken piece looked dried out and a small fry also cold. She hands me my food and I said do I get my drinks. She responds quickly no I can only do food, then proceeds to close the window very quickly. I told her I will be calling corporate she responds in a nasty way “okay that’s fine with an attitude” and slams the window. Sabrina you don’t know me and I tolerate disrespect by any means. You have a nice shift and learn better customer service skills.
