Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

I recently stopped by Zaxby’s and had a great experience from start to finish. The service was quick, which was perfect since I was on the go, and the customer service truly stood out. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and efficient, making the entire visit smooth and enjoyable.

I ordered one of their Zalads, and it was absolutely delicious. Everything tasted fresh, the portions were generous, and the flavors were spot-on. It was a satisfying and well-prepared meal that exceeded my expectations.

The restaurant itself was very clean and well-maintained, which always makes a big difference. Overall, this was a great experience, and I will definitely be returning. Highly recommend Zaxby’s for quick service, great food, and excellent customer service.

Just bought some “chicken wings” at this location, although I imagine all locations are similiar. The “wings” are only nuggets not wings. Bread and fries were the largest part of the meal. What a disappointment given the cost. Their sandwiches contain a decent piece of chicken, but this was laughable.

The food came out hot and fresh, and the staff were friendly even though it was pretty busy. The chicken fingers were crispy like they should be. I’ll definitely be back when I’m craving Zax sauce again.

The employees were top notch and as pokite and courteous as could be. The chicken wasn't the best Zaxby's I've ever had, but darn sure wasn't the worst!

Ordered online and ordered extra hot sauce, of course they charge you for them, and i got home to find a 2oz cup that’s not even 1/6
Of the way full, please see picture. After I called the manager was nice and said it was corporates rule but this is ridiculous. If you are going to charge you should at least give the customer what they are paying for. Check your stuff before you leave!!

I ordered (1) Chipotle ranch chicken tender taco. Liz AGM shame on you!! There was so much Chipotle sauce on this, it was a sliding mess trying to eat. I measured a 1/4c sauce & pico de gallo in container. Get it together Alabaster Zxasby's. This was a disgrace.

So I ordered Door Dash from this location. I normally have a decent experience here via in store dining or drive through. The order that I ordered included sauces which I was charged for via Door Dash. I didn't receive them. I don't know if it was an issue with Door dash giving the correct order to the store or if the employees not paying attention to the order. Door dash refused to correct it and basically stated it was the store's responsibility. The basic principle is I paid for something I didn't receive. It is quite possible that I won't do business with Door Dash or Zaxby's anymore due to my hard earned money being spent and not getting what I paid for.

Customer service is excellent, clean dinning area,clean Restroom love the food, large on the inside,(nice), some surrounding locations have smaller dinning area not bad just a tight fit

We stopped at the drive Thur last Friday night. At 9:45, there were 2 cars ahead & 2 cars behind. All of sat still for the 15 mins. The manager walked out of the back door and told me and the 2 cars behind me to go home that they close at 10. None of the 5 cars orders had been taken. I was only going to place a drink order. I realize that they close at 10, but no attempt was made to take any orders. And then to take some cars but not all was rude. All she say is that they get off at 10. I won't be back. She was rude. If they were doing their jobs all of would have been gone before closing. You really should treat your customers better.

Do better and give your dashers the correct drinks for DoorDash orders we’re not messing with your paychecks don’t mess with ours! Do better it’s not that hard I’ve worked fast food! And you gave me a leaking cup after fixing the drinks 😒
