Even though I came 15 minutes before closing, I was served fresh hot food with great attitudes and manners. The original classic chicken sandwich was delicious. I also tried the new fried cheese bites with strawberry sauce and those were delicious as well. I will definitely be back to this location in the future!

The food was barely warm and the tables were dirty including the trays the food was served on. It’s no wonder chick fil la is hands down the best fast food restaurant.

My kids love Zaxby’s. The lady in drive through name SABRINA was very rude. I had a mess up order from Monday June 17 and came back to this location to get my order replaced. I paid over $20 for my order two boneless wing combos cold fries. Grilled chicken piece looked dried out and a small fry also cold. She hands me my food and I said do I get my drinks. She responds quickly no I can only do food, then proceeds to close the window very quickly. I told her I will be calling corporate she responds in a nasty way “okay that’s fine with an attitude” and slams the window. Sabrina you don’t know me and I tolerate disrespect by any means. You have a nice shift and learn better customer service skills.

Rude staff, extremely salty chicken and soggy fries. Every single time. Not sure how you can screw up one of the only things you sell. I'm glad I moved - won't be back even with the bogo coupon, but I'm excited to fill out the corporate survey.I requested my fries to be extra crispy multiple times with todays order. Still soggy. They were not busy. And again, not the first or 5th time, but it's my last.Thanks for solidifying that the food is trash.

It has a become an every time issue at this place with the Hispanic girls that work here NOT providing good customer service, at first I thought they might not be having a good day, but when I come to this place and EVERY SINGLE TIME they are rude, and NEVER give me the sauces they CHARGE ME EXTRA FOR, and on top of that they act like I'm wrong and give me an attitude for asking for the things I PAID FOR, now that's a serious problem with them. I hope their manager has better customer service skills then they do, and gives them a new training on what great customer service should be. It's rude and disrespectful to laugh at your customers with your co-workers while we are at the window paying and getting our food, plus give us an incomplete order. SMH

Zaxbys has the best chicken tenders, but the fries have fallen off over the past couple of years. They seem to be always soggy, old, or undone. The service is always great, and I never had a bad experience, but my fav. are the French fries that make it disappointing!
