I'm glad I moved - won't be back even with the bogo coupon, but I'm excited to fill out the corporate survey.I requested my fries to be extra crispy multiple times with todays order. Still soggy. They were not busy. And again, not the first or 5th time, but it's my last.Thanks for solidifying that the food is trash.

It has a become an every time issue at this place with the Hispanic girls that work here NOT providing good customer service, at first I thought they might not be having a good day, but when I come to this place and EVERY SINGLE TIME they are rude, and NEVER give me the sauces they CHARGE ME EXTRA FOR, and on top of that they act like I'm wrong and give me an attitude for asking for the things I PAID FOR, now that's a serious problem with them. I hope their manager has better customer service skills then they do, and gives them a new training on what great customer service should be. It's rude and disrespectful to laugh at your customers with your co-workers while we are at the window paying and getting our food, plus give us an incomplete order. SMH

Boy! When it comes to a fresh grilled chicken salad you can not go wrong with this one!I mean fresh lettuce that's crisp with sliced eggs and tomatoes. A packet of crunchy toppings and 2 of your favorite dressings. Oh and crackers on request!!A great way to stick to your meal plan while on the run or just a great switch up!

Zaxbys has the best chicken tenders, but the fries have fallen off over the past couple of years. They seem to be always soggy, old, or undone. The service is always great, and I never had a bad experience, but my fav. are the French fries that make it disappointing!

They've got some cashiers with some WILD attitude problems. My card was the one charged $30 and I'm the one without food because the internet is out so they can't receive orders yet she was the one YELLING... what in the actual... by far the most interesting experience I've ever had at a zaxbys.

do not spend your hard working money on this location! i asked for no seasoning on fries. the ones i received was cold, limp, and dark- looked like they were from opening and it was 2:45! before that, the employee took my order in the back- instead of giving it to me- i had to ask why did she do that and said i had to go get your cookies. why didn't she leave my order on the counter instead of walking to the back with it? so i had to go in, saying the fries was not acceptable. i specifically said no seasoning to counter person and guess what- it still was wrong, and she gave me a cup of seasoning ! i even told the cook no seasoning - they don't listen! this is my first review ever for a restaurant. i just don't complain even though i spent good money. please avoid this location- we've given them plenty of chances but have shown no improvement in service

Greeted immediately when I came in the door, even being slightly busy or in a lunch rush maybe. Clean restrooms/dining area. Seemed very well organized or great team work in the back between ordering, cooking/getting the food prepared, getting food to drive thru/dine-in/carry-out. Also to mention the front cashier kept a smile on her face & was super sweet/respectful as well ! (Name Dayanara maybe I think?)

You don’t usually have to wait in line long, but there are times when I have sat there a while because they got busy on a weekend. The staff does a good job & the food is always good. They have not ever gotten our order wrong, which is pretty rare if you ask me.
