The worst Baskin-Robbins ever, and they don't even care. The manager here should not be running a business. The mess they have going on here is likely a product of the Baskin-Robbins / Dunkin merger, and no one involved cares about running a good store. They only care about profits. Stay away from this one.

THEY say the shop closes at 10:00 p.m.. BUT IT DOES NOT INSTEAD, IT CLOSES AT 9:00 P.M!! Like c'mon...change your hours of operation ffs!
P.S: the hours on. Most days close at 9 pm. But Friday and Saturday. It says it closes at 10 pm...Yet when I went there on a Saturday night. They were closed at 9:00 p.m... so yeah it was very serious and disappointed...

I have visited this place 8 times since it opened. My favorite ice cream on the planet is BR Pralines & Cream, which by the way is the #2 ranked flavor of Baskin Robbins worldwide. I have only been able to get this flavor at this location 1 time in 8 visits. The rest of the time I just tell them to forget it and drive away. I've even gone in and spoke to the staff about this flavor and the girl was clueless as to why they never have it.

I can never get them on the phone at the Albertville, Alabama location. They now have messed up two of my orders. I picked up a turtle pie today for my birthday. It was made wrong and frankly, I want to throw it in the trash. It did not have a chocolate crust, it hardly had any caramel topping, it had broken pecans on top. If you read the description, it is very clear. I don’t recommend this location. No way to contact, no one is trained on the menu obviously, and when you order anything that is on the menu, it should be that and not some made up concoction. I will never trust this place and certainly never for a special occasion. I am very disappointed and will not be back. I did message and call the national number and they apologized but it was not them! It was the Albertville location.

I Do not I repeat I don’t not recommend the Albertsville al location on the website and app it says while ordering your cake pickup in as little as 24 hours well we ordered a birthday cake to be picked up at 12:45 on 4-24-25 for a party @ 1:30 got there at 12:15 and was told the only cake baker they got didn’t show up and my cake didn’t get made not one phone call or email or anything was sent to me letting me know so now my daughter is without a birthday cake for her party the lady did tell me they need at least a week to do cake orders well it doesn’t say that on the website or app this place is a joke having only one person to do cakes what happens if I want a donut or a coffee one day oh I’m sorry the girl that makes the coffee didn’t come in today which I wouldn’t eat a donut from here I don’t like frozen and thawed out donuts so if you value your childrens birthday or anything important you need a cake for don’t order it from here because your special occasion will be ruined 😡 😡😡😡

I got to this location at 9:30 and they were closed with nobody in sight and they are supposed to be open till 10 pm highly disappointed
It seems as every time we stop by they are always out of waffle cones. What’s the point of even serving ice cream if no waffle cones? We stop by atleast once a month, and almost every time we have to wait 30-45 minutes longer just to get served with a waffle cone! Sad to say, we will just go to cold stone and quit coming here altogether! I don’t recommend Baskin Robbins/Dunkin Doughnuts in Albertville.

My coworker and I ordered 2 banana splits. My banana split was supposed to have vanilla, chocolate, and strawberry ice cream with marshmallow, hot fudge and strawberry topping and no cherries. What I got was no banana, coconut, vanilla and strawberry ice cream with hot fudge topping and cherries. I am very much allergic to coconut so of course I took it back only for the person in charge to argue with my husband and me that it wasn’t coconut ice cream because “they are out”. The ice cream I left with was three scoops of chocolate with hot fudge and cherries. I am livid

They need new management, the young workers they work great but the older workers they are slow and they don't like working. I doordash so I come here a lot to pick up orders, and there's a specific manager that throws a tantrum whenever she's speaking on th drive-thru headset, she rolls her eyes and throws he hands up. Everytime I get a order from BR they always say "we don't have that item no more, could you give them a call" or "we don't have that item at the moment"

Ice cream tasted horrible, but that's only IF you're able to even get it from the bowl to your mouth. The ice cream bowls are served with plastic spoons so flexible that I doubt you could eat soup with them.
