“on the recommendation of my Brother(he is a true foodie) we decided to drive up to Albertville to try this new place-what a surprise!! had the cocoanut shrimp--wonderful-wonderful! Service from Marlena was fabulous. A most enjoyable experience!”

“I was in town for the night and stopped here for dinner. The food was great, just like eating home cooking. My waitress was Jordan and she absolutely Awesome!! She kelp my Pepsi glass full and checked on me along to make sure I didn’t need anything. “This is the Bojangles store at Albertville, Alabama. The store was clean. The food was fresh and deliciously prepared. The cashier, whose name was Denise, was exceptionally polite and helpful. And the music playing over the intercom was gentle classical music. It caused me to feel an overwhelming sense of calmness, peace and belonging, as my son and I ate in the dining room. I would have been satisfied if only one of those good benchmarks that I have mentioned had been hit by this Bojangles. But all of these satisfaction points were knocked out of the park. This particular Bojangles is over an hour away from where we reside. But I would consider driving us that distance just to dine there in the future! Best overall restaurant experience I’ve had in the last 30 years!”

“I have to say this is a new favorite place for me. I had the Jesse’s Special on a hoagie with a Fruit Cup. The sandwich was amazing as was the yogurt mix that was put on the fruit cup. Mr. Roy was an excellent server and made us feel like he had known us his whole life. I can definitely tell where his boys get their personality from. I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for a good quick lunch.”

The coffee was excellent, but the real surprise was the food. The muffin practically melted in my mouth, and the chicken salad was simple in the best way: perfectly balanced, fresh, and clearly made with care. The owners are some of the sweetest people you could meet, which makes the whole experience feel even more special. One of those places that makes you want to linger a little longer.”

“Best Scooters location! I get coffee from Scooters everyday and usually get it from Boaz but due to consistent issues there I tried the Albertville location and they are spot on!! Friendly and everything tastes great and has been consistently right. I really appreciate all the employees there they really show they care about customers and we absolutely appreciate it!!”

“We got there about 815. Keep in mind. They close at 10 P.M. when we walked up to the counter to be seated, the mop bucket was sitting there to the left. That should’ve been my first clue. After we were Se it. We could continue to smell the mop bucket, even though it was not right there with us. The white dress came and took our order. She was very nice, but we had to wait several times on different things, like sweet and low, and then, as for more ice and refills when she wrote, the child spaghetti out with a meatball. The meatball was black on top. I should’ve took a picture of it but I didn’t. She said that’s the Cook offered to re Cook it for us. Well, she should’ve never brought it out to begin With anything that look like that. It was burnt so bad that a little silver flight that it was served on was scorched. Also, we ordered for the adults salad and Pizza. The salad was good. The Pizza was OK. It just didn’t seem to taste like the Pizza that is normally served to us the waitress, served a new plate of spaghetti to the child. It was not birch and just seen kind of bland. we drove 50 miles to come eat at this restaurant. We do not live local and made a special trip to eat there that we hadn’t had it in a while. Needless to say he was not worth the $70 plus tip for that meal that read of Pizza mop. Water. We went out to eat to enjoy a family outing. Not just smell. Mop Water and the food. Just gentle taste like it. normally does workers. Need to take it in consideration that people are out spending their hard own money to have a nice dinner. And not being served food when they’re busy with the Windex bottles, wiping off counters and mirrors and cabinets and mop. Water. We love going to the restaurant and we are very disappointed in it this trip. Thank you. I hope management gets there act together about this situation

We booked her for our company Christmas party ladies cookie decorating class, and then I personally ordered a cookie kit for my girls. I was not disappointed by absolutely anything!”

“They have had phone issues since I have been going there. Keep trying, it will go thru and trust me when I tell you, the food IS SO worth it! The tortas are the best I have ever eaten and the people are great. Not much english but they are still very capable of getting the job done! Wow! I would pick this little hole in the wall joint over los arcos any day!
I will continue to eat here when I travel thru there!”

“I was taking pizzas to the rehab center at Crossville my husband was coming home on Monday in his roommate was going home on Tuesday and they kind of wanted to do pizza with some of the people they had been there with cuz it's been there for a month and the service was really great the guys told me which pieces it was would help me out better with having to feed that many people so I think their service their customer service the people that were working there were super great to me”

“First time trying! We were afraid there would be a language barrier, but the hostess spoke great English and was very friendly. There's only one menu, and it is hanging on the wall. No prices listed on it. There are several coolers along the wall with tons of Mex. soda options. We went with bottled water. There are also breads and snacks, etc for sale in here. Food was fabulous and came out quickly. The salsa Verde was served in a red ketchup bottle, but was delicious!!! We'll be back! The didn't have the lights on inside while we were here, but there was plenty of natural light coming in the windows.”

“I am Davey L. Rich, the creator of Best Burgers in America Association, and I rate burgers at Local Restaurants and mom-and-pop restaurants throughout the South. I rated their Cheeseburger, and it was a good burger, a little dry. Bun was grilled well and did not fall apart which is a plus. It was just the burger, bun, and cheese on the burger with the lettuce, tomatoes, and onions on the side. No mustard, ketchup, or mayo on the burger. I score burgers from 1-10, and they scored an 8. Good burger. Good job.”

“The workers here care for the customers truly. I never have a bad experience here and today was no different. The hardees app is constantly blowing up my phone but the closest is Albertville. Today the app said to redeem in store. I thought it was weird but I gave it a shot. The reason Albertville Hardee’s isn’t on the app is because they are run by someone different than the others. Even though this was the case, they still honored the deal and the chicken was soooo good! Thank yall so much for always putting in the effort!”

“I got the Triple Burger with Tomato, Lettuce, Cheese, and it was a good burger, but was over seasoned. A smash burger does NOT need a lot of seasoning, because the meat very thin and can't handle the seasoning.”
