“My go to Starbucks is in Guntersville. Today, I thought I’d just run into Food City in Albertville since it’s a bit closer. I live forty five minutes away from the Guntersville one, so the one in Food City is about ten minutes closer. Ran in, only one person working, no prob. Man, this Barista knows her stuff! Her name is Bobbie! She made every drink correct and fast! Definitely will be back and hope to get her again!“
“This dunkin is by far the best dunkin around! The women are always so friendly! I have become a regular to this dunkin because they always get it right and have great service. I get the butter pecan iced coffee and it always tastes so good. If you want good iced coffee and food with great service i recommend this dunkin!“
“Very quick service..always. I visited both the Boaz and Albertville stores. Ordered the same thing: 2 MCDoubles. At the Albertville store it cost $4.06; At the Boaz store it was $3.95. I think the tax rate caused the difference. Both were delicious and hot. My goto stores when my budget becomes depleted. They also make a nice ice cream cone. Plenty of ice cream. BJR“
“I went went it first opened and the coffee was excellent! A friend and I met up there recently to try some of their other drink options. We were not disappointed! It was wonderful as was the blueberry muffin. Service was super quick and their customers service is far above some of the other local establishments. We spent a couple hours in there chatting and enjoying the ambiance. Not once did we feel rushed or unwelcome.It was a wonderful experience. I highly recommend, whether you’re grabbing to go or sticking around.“
“Great experience. Used the drive thru. Customer service was wonderful. My favorite part was when they said “scoot around” after I ordered. Lol. Not the cheapest place for breakfast or coffee , but I’m willing to pay a little extra for good coffee, good food, and great customer service. The Maple Waffle sandwich was slap yo’ momma good (Sorry mom) and paired so well with my black coffee. 5 stars.“
“The BEST customer service! I ordered a hot pistachio drink but they accidentally made it cold. No worries I get things happen! The sweet young man at the window sincerely apologized and gave me another drink. He went above and beyond to make our day! He gave my kiddos a doughnut and sucker. He had the best attitude! “The Food Basket is a town staple for me. I never walk into the building without a warm hello or good morning. So many menu items that are delicious. The eye opener, Irish omelette, blueberry pancakes.. you name it. And once I order that first cup of coffee? They keep it coming back to the table and I never see the bottom of my cup. I’d suggest this place to anyone staying in town or just to people who love a good breakfast.“
