The workers are so respectful and I would like to recognize one worker named Ayana. She went above and beyond today to make sure my order was correctly, sealed, correct and delivered timely. “Ok so I am not a review type but when it’s good it’s hella good . I am by far the hardest person to make a drink for, but these peeps at the Fort Payne food city are killing it !! Always smiling , very friendly, well dressed and always eager to help !! Most of these workers are young!! I just wanted to say thank yall guys !! I never have to worry if my drink is not made right !! Again thanks ! I wish I knew two of the workers names (I am old and forget my own name ) but one girl has round glasses and is like always there but she is very sweet and Starbucks needs to move that girl up to some type of management. And one boy is so sweet and always just seems so balky to be there !! They all should be acknowledged for outstanding customer service plus the barista skills are great.“

She went above and beyond during a busy lunch hour to show me the nutrition facts on the almond milk so I could log it in my calorie counting app. She helped me purchase a gift card and redeem 2 items from my app, all while being friendly!
