“I went inside to get 2 lattes and a 1/2 dozen donuts. My baby was hungry at the time and I couldn’t breast feed her because we were about to drive home so I poured some milk in a bottle but needed it to be warmed up. I went inside to ask if they had a microwave and they quickly said no but the younger man with the longer hair jumped right in trying to help giving me a cup with hot hot water to warm up my babies bottle fast. All the workers were nice but he seemed like he genuinely wanted to help and I appreciated that so so much. I hope Dunkin appreciates him as a worker because he deserves it!!!“

“The Mc Donald's in Scottsboro was very busy, and very clean, especially the restroom. The frappie machine was giving the woman an issue, but she fixed it fast and got the frappies up for everyone who ordered them. They apologized for the wait, but there was no reason to do that as she worked hard to make it go smoothly!“
“I frequent this Starbucks location just about everyday and have for the past couple of years as I only live about 5min away. Sometimes I sit in the cafe to work and other times I grab my cold brew to go. All of this to say, this is one of the best Starbucks that I have visited.The staff is amazing! Everyone is so friendly and they seem to always have positive attitudes with customers and each other. My order is always ready and correct and the wait is never long. “Very easily my favorite Starbucks in huntsville/Madison. The baristas are always very friendly and helpful. The inside is clean and the outdoor seating is nice and usually quiet.4 stars for food because its still starbucks food. But not much can be done about that.“

“I can’t tell you how much I love going to this specific location. The whole staff is great. I typically use the drive through, and not one time have I had a bad experience. They’re always funny, they make drink suggestions that always end up being delicious, I’ve even had them stop me and talk about what music I have playing or talk about my tattoos and I love it. “This is a hidden gem! They’ve been open two years give or take, just around the corner and I had no idea! I was recommended the Cuban. The employee (if you served me, I’m so sorry I’ve forgotten your name!) gave me an informed description of the drink. She was warm and inviting. The shop was clean and stylish for this big city gal! And the Cuban coffee was delicious I had it iced, great suggestion. An all round great experience. I will be a regular.“
