“I have been through 7 Brew three times. The attendants are always helpful and friendly. I'm not a coffee drinker so each time I bought milkshakes. Their shakes are just okay. The convenience is what induced me to drive through and try it out.“

“So I will start this out by saying that I’m hoping this isn’t due to staff negligence because the staff are always the sweetest, friendliest employees I’ve ever met in coffee shops. However, I don’t understand why every single coffee/chai drink I get taste like straight milk.

For example today, I ordered the iced banana bread latte and I added four shots of espresso and then added some additional syrups as well because I have experienced this in the past with DB’s chai lattes. I get the drink and all I can taste is oat milk with the cinnamon sprinks that I put on top. There’s no way this drink has four shots of espresso in it. There’s no banana or hazelnut taste and the texture of the drink is thin like there’s nothing else in there.

I really hope Dutch Bros can either ensure their staff are putting the correct amount of syrups and coffee in their drinks or maybe I just shouldn’t get a coffee based drink from DB at all… I wound up throwing the drink away because if I wanted a glass of milk as pictured…would just go back to elementary school.“

“Stopped by the new Starbucks that just opened down the street and had a great experience. The store is clean, well-organized, and has a really nice, welcoming atmosphere. Even though it seemed pretty busy, the staff was friendly, patient, and efficient.

My drink was made exactly right, and everything came out quickly. It’s so convenient having this location nearby, and I can already tell it’s going to be a regular stop for me. Overall, a really solid addition to the area.“
