So I will start this out by saying that I’m hoping this isn’t due to staff negligence because the staff are always the sweetest, friendliest employees I’ve ever met in coffee shops. However, I don’t understand why every single coffee/chai drink I get taste like straight milk.

First time going to a Dutch Bros. The girl that took my order was very nice and gave me a recommendation on what coffee to get and I was not disappointed
Clay was so nice and helpful! Definitely a great first time experience 10/10 recommend!
