My husband says he’s never met a barista quite like him with the over and beyond attitude and detailed descriptions of the menu. Our iced caramelizers were perfect ! Will be back in the future !

Hands down the best coffee shop on the face of the earth! I moved to Alabama from Sacramento, California, I used to get Dutch Brothers all the time. And I have even driven out of state just to go to Dutch Brothers like that was the reason for the trip for 5 hours just to get me some Dutch Brothers. So when I found out they had one right by my house now, I try to go there a few times a week ?I ❤️ Dutch Brothers

Lots of coffee and non coffee option but no brew coffee available. I wish they would tone down the music some at the window. They are all positive and happy with A LOT of chit chatting while they are making the drinks. I love the coffee but sometimes I just socially am not up for the experience. Really wish there was a mobile order option. They also “ ask you a question “ at the end of ordering in the car line. All for tipping but not for drive through coffee when I haven’t even received my order yet. Overall very happy to have them in the Cove and really the only good Sunday coffee option on this side of the mountain.Dietary restrictions: Sf, oat milk, almond milk

After hearing so many in the know rave about this coffee, I decided to check it out but the lines were so long. However today around 10am they were wide open, no lines! Now for the coffee. I ordered a plain latte because I wanted to taste the coffee versus one of the sweet drinks with a lot of flavor. At home I prefer Illy. I try to make it to local spots when I can but fortunately/unfortunately, Starbucks is a mile from my neighborhood. I have stopped going because I am over that Starbucks taste and have been for a while. This is good coffee. It is not aggressive and does not have a signature taste to it, it just taste like good decent coffee. The menu is not too large are there are other drinks like smoothies and fruity stuff but honestly I did not pay much attention to those items because I was there for one thing. There were about four items to eat on the menu such as a muffin top and a granola bar. This place is all about the drinks and appears to have the greatest hits on the menu versus a cafe where you give your special order. There are add-ons and maybe they do but it is a drive-thru only versus a coffee cafe. I am done with the mermaid and plan to pull up when I pass one.

When we placed our order there were two orders ahead of ours. Then three orders came after ours. We waited over 15 minutes for two drinks. They had made every order besides ours. We go ask what’s taking so long and they inform us our order had been lost. Nearly 20 minutes ago. The whole time we’re standing there the cashier kept looking out the order window for customers. Never once asked what we were waiting. After telling her our order again they begin to make it. We have to repeat our order 5 times to two different people. Just for the drinks to still be made incorrectly. Complete time loss of a busy work day.

I have been in line for 30 minutes…I really think y’all are getting slower. The coffee is great, your staff is friendly but you have got to speed up your service. I will hesitate to come back.

Lines/the wait can be a little long, but once you get to the window you understand why. They truly try to make your experience an incredible one. I love the question of the day, and our drinks have always been delicious!
Got sick! The wife and I both had iced coffees, and we both got sick.This was my first time at a Dutch Brothersand it is definitely my last. Waited in line for almost 30 minutes to get a couple iced coffees.The staff was nice personality wise but it is obvious that they aren't cleaning their equipment properly.

The line was somewhat slow. The girl who took our order outside was slow. When we got to the window the lady there was way too bubbly and excitedly friendly early in the morning. The coffee was average but the cranberry orange muffin top was very disappointing because it was very cold, almost frozen, and I wasn’t even offered to have it warmed up.
