My husband and I are so excited to have this Flavor-Gem nearby. If you want the "Real Deal," then this is your place. The staff here are beyond remarkable and the food feels like a vacation yet we are just a few miles from home.
On my Ramen tour around the Huntsville area. Today is Yoshi's. I got their katsu ramen, which comes with their tonkotsu broth. It's a nice and tasty. It's very similar in quality to Sushime off of 72.I like Yoshi's noodles better. The soft, wheat noodles just upgrade the experience. The fried katsu was very good. I got some chili oil and it elevated it even more.Overall, nice ramen. Definitely better than Kamado.

When I come to this side of town I always make it a point to come here. Usually I just get sushi to-go which is always a fast & pleasant experience.
