“I have to tell my story and sing the praises of Coffee house leader Anne!! We were traveling from Pensacola Fl to Athens Tn and stopped to get a coffee. We drove for about another hour and stopped to get gas when we realized we had left my husband’s wallet at Starbucks 😬… we called and they had the wallet (which we were so thankful for) at which time we thought, great we have to turn around and loose 2 hours on our trip, but…Anne, the coffee house leader, came to the rescue and agreed to mail the wallet to us. She had to actually take the time to go to her local UPS store, use her own money and mail! Way above and beyond! And… she would not let us pay her ANYTHING, not even reimburse for mailing costs! Praise God for special people like Anne at Starbucks!! We will be back in August on our way back to Pensacola! Btw the Carmel Macchiatos were amazing too!……AND she also followed up to make sure we got it! We will definitely go back to this establishment and I sure hope Anne gets a big raise 💕“

“So what can you say about this place? It's hella packed for a reason. The drinks - amazing. The atmosphere - stellar. The staff - FRIENDLY! Everything I've had here made my tummy rumbly with happiness. Once I saw one of the baristas accidentally drop the espresso chamber into the garbage when she was knocking the grains into the trash. I tried to scream to alert her but my wife was raising the electric window and when she is leaving 7 Brew she is laser beam focused on getting that window up so the AC will work. All I could do was scream silently at the young girl as we drove away. I'll never be able to forget this. It lives rent free in my head.“

“Located inside books a million this coffee shop has plenty of seating plus ports to charge phones and USB ports. One person working the register as well as making coffee. 20 minutes to get 2 drinks. The white chocolate caramel latte as well as the pecan pie latte were pretty good.“

“Very helpful the manager has a great team they always know what i want. Always fast and friendly service. My food is always fresh. The store is always clean. They always welcome you and makes you feel like home. I highly recommend if you haven't we too Dunkin on the drive you are missing out. So go to Dunkin on the drive if you want good fast and friendly service. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Thanks to the staff that makes my morning start off great.“

“I visited Mcdonalds in Southside Al with my family for dinner. We had a rather large order so was pulled up. We never mind this as we know it can be an inconvenience to the staff. The young man who brought our food out was very sweet, greeted us, and brought back things we needed. I didn't catch his name but he deserves a raise (Tall, red hair, big grin from ear to ear)“

“Even though at 10:40 was when I placed my order this is by far the best McDonald's I have ever had the food was extremely fresh hot you could tell it had not been sitting very long if any at all and the workers were extremely friendly nice and polite“

“Great people very nice!!! It's was 10 n morning still serving breakfast they told me be a few minutes and they could cook me lunch!!! Even though I know that 10.30 was when lunch was served, they did it out of kindness would definitely recommend em 👌 they were so nice!!!“

“My experience is always excellent friendly fast and great customer service. The manager Candace is always friendly and informative on the promotions, deal, and new menu items. All the employees are friendly give great customer service and readily available to answer questions and fix any problems a customer may have. Scooters in attalla Alabama is the best coffee shop!!!!“
