We apsolutly love the heart shaped Valentine day donuts and the coffee was wonderful all great things with a better price than sbux, I'm a Dunkin girl now.Kid-friendliness: They where all super sweet to my kids and helpful and respectful. The kids felt comfortable which made this an exciting outing for them and they can't wait to go back
I called Rainbow City location to make sure they had the blueberry cake donuts my husband and I love. The employee that answered the phone name was Chandler. He had the sweetest personality and was extremely professional. He assured me they had the donuts before I made the 30 mile round trip. Grand opening was good but them a week or so later a regular coffee and two plain donuts was $9.00. Not that good for ten bucks. Plus everytime I went it there was a totally new staff and a lit of fumbling around to get your order straight.Parking: Drive through line runs through the parking area makes it hard to park even though there atrial empty spaces.
