I had a bad experience in Gadsden location and was declined a refund. Details are on my previous review on Gadsden BK. I enjoy my food and ordered a bacon king. I was so happy to get a great service from some great people in this location. I explained my experience from the Gadsden location and they went Above and Beyond for me.
