“The food and people are awesome! I just wish they hired at least one more person to speed up service. Someone dedicated to handle all of the drink orders. Took about 15 minutes just to place my order (although it was busy). But the food is first rate and I will be going there again!“
“My husband and I went for the first time tonight, and we fell in love. The atmosphere was really nice and it was very clean. We were greeted as we came in the door with a hello and a smile. The server was friendly, and answered our questions about the menu. We ordered a cup of gumbo and a cup of red beans and rice as our starter and they were amazing. We both had the Who Dat burger and it was mouthwatering. My husband loved the gumbo so much he ordered another cup for his side. I had the fried onion strings as my side. They were well seasoned and crispy. The portion sizes are hearty, the prices are very reasonable. I of course had to try the beignets, and they were excellent. We highly recommend JP & Son, and we will definitely be returning soon!“

“We arrived from out of town earlier than expected, pulled in 15 min before opening. We planned on just waiting but the owner was outside and told us to come in anyway, he could start on our meal before the cook got there! We had the hamburger, the Philly cheesesteak and the chicken sandwich - all were amazing. The best part was being able to bring our dog and play fetch while we waited. It is a very welcoming and friendly environment! Awesome owner!!“
“I can't recommend trying this place on st Patrick's day weekend because it was packed, loud, and took forever to get service, understandably. But the kitchen was on point, getting the food out fast, hot, and delicious. The trash can fries are enormous and have a very smokey flavor. Southwest egg rolls are excellent.“

The staff was flat out. Which I like. I like to see fast food employees with a sense of urgency. The dining room was clean. Tables were wiped off well and no trash on the floor or slippery spots.“

“So far for me that was one of the best burgers I've had in a while...I appreciate that the meat patties weren't these little thin things and those onion rings...great I've never had a onion ring in my life not just come apart when eating...this one I gad onion for every bite. The fries eh their fries nothing spectacular. Those cheese sticks were awesome the Sprinkle of parmesan cheese made them lovely my 7 year old ate them all. “My food was NOT cooked the way I requested and when I took it back to the manager for the second time he got REALLY rude with me in front of other customers. He got my food right nor did he offer to refund my money. As long as this man is the manager of that store and treats customers like that,you will lose a lot of customers. I will not return there as long as he is there,there is no excuse for his actions. I worked in the food service for over 20 years and this kind of treatment is unexceptable. I really enjoy Jacks food,I will continue to eat at Jack's just not this one.“
“The food was wonderful very large portions and it was very good the service on the other hand kind of questionable. Not very helpful for a first-time customer. Also the girl behind the counter was begging my stuff to go when she could see that I was obviously riding a motorcycle. I did eat my food there. After sitting there eating my food I realized they are more geared for to-go orders.“
