I did change the rating of this review from a 1 star to a 3 star because a manager did contact me via text message. She offered to replace my order which I appreciated. Also, the chicken I did get was crispy, hot and juicy, but the mash potatoes were not good (very instant tasting). I know they are instant potatoes but they normally do not taste so powdery.

Great experience from start to finish! The staff was friendly, professional, and helpful. Everything was handled quickly and efficiently. Excellent service and quality. I would definitely recommend them to others!
