“The Manager Lisa is extremely nice at the Gadsden location. I had a coupon for a Free three piece, chicken, tender, and forgot to use it at the window and she was so sweet and fixed it for me with no attitude whatsoever as a matter of fact, she was smiling“

“Outstanding job by Jackie (Mgr) & Brandon for running entire Arbys at Rainbow Dr in Gadsden Saturday 11/5/2022 by themselves! And did it with great attitude and very friendly. Jackie ran counter, drive through and cooked food and Brandon put it together correctly in a very timely matter like a well oiled machine! They worked great together. And should mention Jackie was trying to train a new hire at same time. Was an amazing thing to watch. Food was good and hot. They deserve a raise!“

“Love this location and love the store it's based in. Always great. Big order at the tail end of lunch rush and no flak, everything perfect like usual.
(Plus you have new fans having intro'd my parents to the chicken and shrimp.)

Thanks so much, always!“

“You come you eat you like burp!“

“I have always loved their chicken. But tonight I tried the chicken sandwich. It was AWFUL. Had some pink sauce on it, which sucked. But the chicken itself had way too much breading, so it was extra greasy. And it cost $3.99. Fail! I also noticed a significant price increase from my last visit. 4 piece combo now $9.19.“

“Conveniently located, clean inside and out. I love the BMT from Subway, this restaurant always makes my sandwich exactly the way I like it, the staff is always pleasant. The only thing I’m concerned with the last two times I have tried to order the Herb and Cheese Bread here they have been “sold out”, the orders were four weeks apart. I’m not fond of any other type of bread but usually end up with the white.“

“Stopped at the McDonald’s on Rainbow Drive in Gadsden for breakfast. Veronica took our order and was extremely nice, upbeat, always smiling and is the perfect example of what great customer service is. She took our food over to the table and we weren’t expecting that. I have never received such great customer service at any other McDonald’s. If you need to make a commercial or video make sure she is in it with her beautiful smile.“

“Blizzards on point. Good crew these days. Fast and on point. Pup cups are a plus as well. Thank you for having pup cups for those of us who take our loyal companions with us these hot summer days. It's nice to find restaurants that offer more.“
